Taillights seem to be a blend of the C7 and 6th gen Camaro. One odd thing is the license pocket is so high up, where will the badging go?
July 9, 20196 yr Saw this on the FB...it's funny even if it is a fake story..I can imagine someone clueless about cars saying that.

July 9, 20196 yr What's in the 'Rocket Room'? ~ Oh - and note GM branding engines by torque (Buick did the same late 50s-mid 60s). Edited July 9, 20196 yr by balthazar

July 9, 20196 yr Not by me... Pruis drivers are some of the worst of the crazies.... worse than BMW drivers.

Agreed, BMW drivers are assholes but at least for the most part they drive fast to keep going. Prius drivers get on the freeway, move to the far left and go 20 under the speed limit and then do stupid shit while on the freeway and just about hit everyone. Worst drivers ever!
July 9, 20196 yr 30-HP (rated) Nichols & Shepard (Battle Creek MI) steam tractor moving 3-story building. Googling around & guesstimating the building size, it's very likely a minimum of 250,000 lbs, or 125 tons. Take your 35,000-limit 900 LB-FT modern diesel and go sit in the corner.

July 12, 20196 yr Coming up on 4600 Pontiac dealers logged. I'm amazed how many there were; in little towns, changing hands/locations. Very busy industry. I realize that it's a very specific thing, butI am quite positive this is the most comprehensive list of Pontiac dealers in existence. Edited July 12, 20196 yr by balthazar

July 12, 20196 yr GM Posted a recording of what the next generation Corvette will sound like. https://www.chevrolet.com/upcoming-vehicles/next-generation-corvette?evar36=eml_chev_adhoc_ZERVHR3_0719_15893399360#engine Mixed feelings on this as it has some of the bass tone I expect from a V8, but it seems to be missing something.

July 13, 20196 yr Temple Texas yearbook ad, 1960; looks like no one had much of an idea which way the mercedes emblem got oriented.
July 13, 20196 yr I would really love to pull up to a roadside stand like this in 2019. Esp if I was driving the Cab-Over. Edited July 13, 20196 yr by balthazar

July 15, 20196 yr Dog videos are always fun..here are a couple w/ two of my favorite breeds, Yorkies and Australian Terriers.
July 15, 20196 yr Customer just got this dog - it's 10 wks old, weighs less than 2 lbs. She had me preemptively build her THREE coffins; for this dog, a 2nd dog not yet realized, and a 3rd one not even considered yet. I love wacky dog people. Edited July 15, 20196 yr by balthazar
July 15, 20196 yr That is a bit strange. I prefer cremation so I have a little box to put on a shelf; wouldn't bury a dog in the yard since yards are temporary.
July 16, 20196 yr Temporary as in I like to have the cremains in boxes I can move from house to house. Not planning on being in this house w this yard forever.. have a cabinet w the boxes and photos of fur kids past...
