November 18, 20205 yr Another early 70s muscle car I love is the '72 Gran Torino Sport..love the huge fastback roofline and the way the top of the door kicks up...'73 had the same body, but got a huge front bumper and smaller grille.'

November 18, 20205 yr I think there is a lot to like about the GM Colonnade A-bodies, esp. the '73 coupes w/ the integrated rear bumpers...even with the huge front bumpers on most...
November 18, 20205 yr S10 getting it on... Just now, Robert Hall said: I think there is a lot to like about the GM Colonnade A-bodies, esp. the '73 coupes w/ the integrated rear bumpers...even with the huge front bumpers on most... That green Buick is the ebst of the bunch. Another HOT GM truck...
November 18, 20205 yr Love the exhaust note on this modified Caprice PPV, at around 9:35 min mark and again around 11:08 and onward..
November 19, 20205 yr ZR2 Interesting engeneering, and they made it look factory. See below for a badass Ford Falcoln. https://www.macsmotorcitygarage.com/video-handbuilt-1963-falcon-retractable-hardtop/?fbclid=IwAR0uPf2aTt4QCXJO2BaqK2uYMYhSEiLJG0RcluBgjuKCiVVECDceLthCloA Edited November 19, 20205 yr by A Horse With No Name

Plus you have the trick invisible taillights. RE the Galaxie's tail end, I'd have to endorse the '61-63 Thunderbird's take over the Galaxie's. Ford in the 60's built some amazing cars. The 80's, not so much, and the 90's, almost none at all.

And I just snapshot' this pic of a '62 last night : I will take the Dash of the 63 with the red seats of the 62. I hate white seats as they show all the dirt and over time become more grey than white. White is one of the most terrible interior colors for an Auto. The 62 dash has way too much chrome in comparison to the 63 which I like way better and the over all layout is just awesome I think.
November 22, 20205 yr Pontiac's "vegan leather" they used in the '60s was utterly fantastic stuff. Wore like iron. I picked up a set of white '66 buckets from a junkyard car (had just came in) in '95, cleaned them with vinegar and they looked great & sold like hotcakes.
