Infiniti News: Spying: 2017 Infiniti Q60 Coupe Reveals All

Featured Replies

It seems just a few weeks ago that we brought you spy shots of the upcoming Infiniti Q60 Coupe fully camouflaged and somehow being able to pull some key items. Well today, a fresh set of Q60 Coupe spy shots have come in and there's no camouflage to hide it.

Judging from the pictures, it seems Infiniti was doing a promotional photo and/or video shoot out in the desert for the new model. The production model retains a number of items seen on the concept such as the large Infiniti grille, long front end, sculpted side profile, and similar rear end styling. As we surmised in our previous report, the F1 inspired front bumper on the concept is nowhere on the production Q60.

We can also confirm the existence of a turbocharged 3.0L V6 via an emblem on the front fender. It is expected that the V6 will produce 400 horsepower. There will also be a turbocharged 2.0L four from Mercedes-Benz as the base engine.

It's expected that Infiniti will unveil the Q60 Coupe at Detroit Auto Show in January.

Damn, what a looker. Here I was beginning to think Nssan/Infiniti didn't have it in them to make a desirable car anymore.

This could be a big hit, gents. Especially if they put a DCT behind that 3.0TT V6. My interest will have officially been piqued.

Holy crap. Now that looks good. It looks really eff'n good.

Maybe it's another lickable car?

That is a much improved look over their current Bland jellybean auto's. Hate it when they use duck tape to try and cover the front nose.

With that said, it could just be the angle of the photo being front 3/4 shot, but it seems to have some weird proportions from front to back.

The thinking part of my brain equates the car's looks to a succulent, sexy, seductive...Tomato.

Looks good..definitely less 'ragey robot' than the Lexus RC.
