I've had it for all of two hours and it's already a candidate for album of the year (for me, at least)! I suggest purchasing form the iTunes Music Store, as you get a video on the making of the video for "Dani California," a 17-page digital booklet, and an hour-long audio commentary. (Ultimate-Guitar.com said you can get a special edition with these bonuses plus some other toys for US$130. Yeah, I'm gonna have to stick with just paying $19.90.) Recommended tracks: Dani California Snow (Hey Oh) (John's guitar work is amazing) Slow Cheetah Tell Me Baby Hard To Concentrate 21st Century Readymade (Cowbell!!) Really, go check it out. Now. May 10, 200619 yr I love the Chilis. That's one of the things I miss about living in Maryland, a great alternative rock radio station, WHFS 105.7. Thanks to them, I got to see so many great bands at their annual HFStival concert (that sometimes ran for two days) that was presented at RFK Stadium.
May 10, 200619 yr Picked up the CD for the girlfriend yesterday, she's a huge RHCP fan, so i'll probably listen to it some time this week :-) 10 bucks at target after my "team member discount" ;-) cant beat that!
May 10, 200619 yr Author Sly - can you believe that's 15 years old now?? My God...I feel so old.And the songs still sound so current! RHCP has a timeless quality about their music that I love.
