'65 Skylark 2-dr hardtop, moldering away in backyard :

Saw a white '63 Falcon Futura sedan in traffic yesterday in good condition...driven by a 20 something girl.

Retirement age couple in a shiny new silver Datsun NV200, with second row glass.  I share their perverse attraction for tiny vans, although I believe the Ford is the best looking.  They are certainly useful little burros.

'67 Merc Cougar, med blue, sitting with eyes open, looked like a long term 'sit', in driveway.

Got the FOB for this for a few days :

This was clearly a guy in his 60's and drove it like he was going to hell. It was lovely, sounded and looked great.

Sitting at a light, I saw a gorgeous gold '66 Lincoln Continental convertible waft past, top down, 4 people out enjoying a cool sunny Saturday morning...

Super nice, not sure of the trim level, but it had cloth inserts on the dash. No doubt it'll thrill the 'touchy-feely' crowd but it's not the best choice for longevity/cleanliness.
Other than that, it IS a world of difference between our '09. Nice ride.

:( Still cannot see what it is? Weird but for some reason some JPGs just do not show up. What auto did you drive for a few days?

In San Diego for the week, was walking back to the hotel and a Fiat 500e pulled up next to me. I know California is one of the few markets Fiat is willing to sell the 500e in. I will have to say way quieter than a Nissan Leaf. Amazing at how quiet the 500e is. Still BUTT UGLY, but Quiet.

dfelt : '16 Malibu.

Saw a '37 Packard convertible, top down, silver w/ red fenders…. if it was restored, it was a few decades ago- was rock solid but not a show car, WWWs were hella-scuffed. Slogging thru 5PM rush-hour traffic, small NY State town.

a little old lady driving a 2 dr emerald turquoise 67 malibu. in remarkably great shape. obviously a regularly driven vehicle but well maintained. i wouldnt be surprised if she bought it new.

'37 Chevy coupe, black, under restoration/modification (had "Corvette engine"), in back bay of equipment repair shop.

'66 Merc Monterey 4-dr hardtop, super clean & straight, green-tinged dark blue, in driveway taking in some spring sunshine.

Saw a dark blue late 80s Ford F350 Centurion (aftermarket crew cab/Bronco mashup).

1965 GTO, 389 Tri-Power 4-spd (documented), Bluemist Slate blue, black interior, aftermarket Radir 5-spokes. Very nice driver, presentable. My brother's car.

At easter brunch today saw a very clean early 80s Buick Electra Park Avenue 4dr in the lot, dark red w/ a white vinyl top.
