March 23, 20169 yr Author This might be helpful :: 245 CI ~ 305 CI. For the older cars especially, yes. Thanks.
March 23, 20169 yr I'll take 5 Terminators. Please, and thank you. Edit: Just be sure to fit snow tires on one of them Edited March 23, 20169 yr by ccap41

March 24, 20169 yr Author Crap, I just realized I don't have an LFA in my list. I have to drop the Porsche and put the LFA in there.
March 25, 20169 yr Id pick the CT6 4.2 TTV8, but it aint available yet, so the BMW M6 Grand Coupe takes its place. Sorry about the size, but I couldnt find a smaller one, and this is EXACTLY how I would want my BMW M6 Gran Coupe 4.4 TTV8, including the Euro license plate. Part of the douche baggery image that I have to fulfill as BMW owner living in North America... Besides...Im Greek...sure 100% pure Canadian Bacon...but underneath that Canadian bacon lies some very delicious Pork Souvlaki. Matte black...blacked out...black mags, black chrome, blacked out back lights, limo tinted windows all around with red accented seats and red French stitching where French stitching exists. Continuing with the Euro-snob appeal. 4.7 liter Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Time for my convertible 283 cubic inches of raw American V8 power. I always say I sometimes prefer the 1955 over the 1957 in these threads...but I always seem to choose the '57...of well...1957 Chevy it shall always be! Keeping the classic vibe alive with the Euro snootiness intact. 1965 4.0 liter inline 6 Aston Martin DB5 I need a winter car 1998 4.0 liter V8 Oldsmobile Aurora Edited March 25, 20169 yr by oldshurst442
March 25, 20169 yr smk just reminded me of a vehicle that I completely forgot about, which will be my number five. 5. 2005 Jaguar Super V8 (XJ with a 4.2L Supercharged V8)
March 25, 20169 yr I always liked the retro look Jaguar XJR, it was sort of a mafia hitman looking car. That 2005-2008 era was great. The DB5 should be on everyone's list. I was temped by an E-type 4.2 liter, but I went with the DB5 as my 60s euro car, and I had to put an Aurora 4.0 on there since I owned one.
March 25, 20169 yr Really nothing that comes to mind for me in this displacement range…. Any Northstar Cadillac, the 4.9 V8 Cadillacs, GMT360s, Lincoln Town Car, Lincoln Mark VIII. Lots of American iron in this range. I just realized in the 3 liter thread, we all forgot the 1996 Ford Taurus SHO 3.4 liter V8. Oh well, too late now.

Yeah...and I thought I was gonna be unique with both the Aurora and the DB5 You beat me to it. I was searching high and low for the perfect BMW M6 pic that you snuck your post in before me. COOL! I prefer the 1st generation Aurora. I agree with your assessment of the DB5.

Plus the original Chevy Small Block of the 1950s. I never did like the SHO V8 engine. OK....the engine might have been OK, but that Taurus was disgusting. Regardless about the motor being OK, the Buick 3.8 Supercharged V6 was better, and the execution of the engine and car in the 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP was also better as compared to the SHO.

DB5 doesn't do it for me; it's better than most euro 'sports cars' of the era, but I just don't find it lust-worthy. - - - - - '56 Corvette, 283 CI :
March 25, 20169 yr There's a lot of vintage iron you could include, definitely. Speaking for myself, I usually find myself running up to five entries just with stuff from the last decade. I think my oldest car so far is from 1984.
March 25, 20169 yr Author smk and Olds, you guys have awesome lists. Aside from maybe the Aurora, that is. I didn't include any older stuff because there's just too many newer cars in this range I love. I could have easily put another 5 cars on my list without trying.
March 25, 20169 yr Author Okay, I have to make another change to my original list. I just realized the Mercedes G500 4x4² uses their 4.0 bi-turbo V8. So it boots my JDM-market 4.6 Land Cruiser off the list. Extra pics for extreme badassness.

I owned a 2nd gen Aurora 4.0 for ten years in black with tan interior so I had to put it on my list.
March 25, 20169 yr Cyclone/Typhoon are good calls, I like the 2nd Gen Corvette also. Excellent call on the BMW Z8, those sell now for 2-3 times what they cost new 15 years ago.
March 25, 20169 yr MONTREAL EXPO '67 FRONT LICENSE PLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Montreal....that is all I have to say! (I got to root toot toot the Montreal horn as often as I can, because...well, Toronto gets all the publicity...so Ill take it when I can!) I owned a 2nd gen Aurora 4.0 for ten years in black with tan interior so I had to put it on my list. Nice colour combo. I had an Alero 2 door with that colour combo. For me, I liked the 2nd generation Aurora, but I was disappointed GM/Oldsmobile bloated her up. The 1st generation was sleek. They should have continued the Aurora that way. Anyway, Oldsmobile is dead, so all that I say now is pointless.
March 28, 20169 yr A little late but I think I got my list.. I just went with brand new, except my Terminator, for simplicity's sake. 03-04 Mustang Cobra - 4.6L C63 S - 4.0L (I might get the coupe as I'd already have the RS7 and X5 for more room) RS7 - 4.0L AMG GT - 4.0L X5 xDrive50i(terrible name to try and say) - 4.4L

November 1, 20169 yr Author @ykX Fantastic list, man. I think I would once again alter my list and exchange my M6 Gran Coupe for the new S8 Plus. And swap the TVR for the 911 R.
