GMT 900's

Featured Replies

Now that GM has put a lot of time, effort and $$$ in getting the GMT 900's ready earlier than planned, will the crazy gas prices hurt sales enough that GM won't profit on these for several years??
well, 3 bux a gallon hasn't seemed to hurt SoCal yet...I havent heard anyone complaining about it lately anyways...

It's gonna kick my butt when snowmobileing season starts here soon and I start pulling the trailer again. 4hr one way trip at 10mpg....ouch!
Hopefully the new trucks get better gas mileage. People still want trucks and SUVs. Some people buy them and cry about the fuel mileage and other people don't care. I'd say it won't hurt the sale of the new trucks at all.
well i dunno i heard gas milage is gonna be good on the new GMT900's

It better be good, milage alone will make or break those sales the way things are going right now. GM better expidite the Autonomy project and get it too the market earlier than planned (or hydrogen vehicles anyway).

It will a little bit, not not much.. when people see these new trucks I'm sure they will forget all about gas milage... :)

Well, I don't think right now it will be a big issue.....the gas mileage. People that can afford to shell out $40K for a new full-size SUV can probably afford the gas. We have an '05 X5 4.4i and it does suck gas (but boy does it run well....!) We average around 12-14 mpg and here in southern California, it costs us about $70 to fill it. It does have a 25 gallon tank though. BUT we are fortunate enough that we can afford to fill it.....and we don't have long commutes so we can last awhile on that $70 fillup....
Has anyone seen those illegal pics of the Tahoe and Escalade they are amazing looking well at least the Tahoe is
