Hey-o guys,

So this past weekend the big dog NHRA guys were in town Fri-Sun. I've been wanting to go for quite awhile now so a few friends and I took the day off work Friday and went to practice/qualifying. First off, the nitro cars are absolutely insane. If you ever have a chance to go watch these cars, DO IT! Quickest passes in the 3.60's@325ish. The feels and sounds of those cars passing is like nothing else I've ever seen or felt. I have no clue how the crews and drivers can be around those daily and now have serious hearing loss/issues. I wore ear protection knowing they were loud..still didn't expect that loud!

Here are some pictures from the day. Not much and they are all from my phone and zooming on a phone isn't the greatest. We sat a little past the 60' mark. Right around where they would do their burnouts to(well where they would stop rolling).

A little Idea of how freakin' massive those tires are.

Very Cool, Evergreen Speedway here is always fun to go watch the High school drags and NHRA when they are in town.

I didn't even think of it until I was typing the original post but I would have totally invited you too! Not sure if you would have been able to get off last minute-ish(decided the week of) but if you could have it would have rocked
