Very Cool, Love the Dog, Mans best friend!

This is how one unwinds from the craziness of the world. :D

Would have been better had it not been so miserably hot and dry.

A training collar.  Some have tendencies to chase things like deer that will literally lead them miles out.  Usually a good audible buzz will bring the dog off the trail and back to the truck.

Great photos!

Indeed, Kentucky is one of the most beautiful states in the country IMHO.

Gotta love the fact those 2 places are only 2 miles and 20 miles from home :D

Very cool, did not know they had things like that. I grew up with black labs that were trained as bird dogs and I never had a dog take off like that. Yet it does make sense to me. Thanks, :)

Thanks everyone.  Photography is my relaxation I suppose.  One of these days I will have more than my Galaxy note to take photos with haha.  This phone's camera does surprise me sometimes though. 20160904_204134_zpssidpuzgb.jpg

I work with a guy who is a published professional photographer on the side.  He buys lots of lighting equipment and once told me he would rather have the best lighting equipment and use a camera phone than have the worlds best Camera and no lighting equipment.

He shoots a lot of models in studio so this would make sense for him.  Thankfully, Kentucky co operated with the lighting here....

Would like to see more of your work.

Camera phones today and far and away better than some full on cameras were just a few years ago.  I really want a DSL-R though.  They can't be beat, especially for pictures after dark.

These were all after dark using my brother's DSL-R.

Nice pictures!  Yeah, a beagle will run for miles on the trail.
