    I remember being 13, mainly because it was 2 and a half years ago. I will be waiting for my 16th this year though. I plan to go get my license finally. My cousin is already rubbing it in my face because he was born 6 months before me. This weekend, he brought over the handbook. I am not sure how good he will do. I saw him reading it and he spent about 5 seconds on each page by looking just at the pictures LOL. I will probably do terrible too because I will get so nervous yet so excited. Congrats CHARGER4U!! Happy belated birthday I guess.
