Don't know why the car was designed without these in the first place...

Oh yeah, $20 for a set of two including s&h.

I agree... those look great. I love the ones on my Infiniti...

they look thick & rugged but yet classy at the same time.

I wish that all of the GM sedans, or at least all the high-level ones like my Impala LS had door sill guards like that one, if anyone see's a set on ebay, or elsewhere, lemme know.

Those door sill plates are cool...My car has them...The ones on Lexus, (specifically the IS) are cool because they light up...

Fly...

What was there before? Just more rubber?

Looks good.

Yup. Just that black plastic you see. And thanks!

I'll need to copy Fly and get some for my classy Millenia...

Yes, they should have been factory stock. I see the Trailblazers have had them for the last couple of years, they are a nice, inviting touch.

i like "Body by Fisher" inserts i have along with the metal strip there....

That'd be cool to bring those back (assuming the bodies are still coachbuilt by Fisher, which they aren't) or something like those back. My grandfather had a '69 GP that had those Fisher doorsills. It was a kind of ugly deep green color, but it was a really cool car. He died a couple of years back; I wonder what happened to it...
