July 1, 200619 yr I'm in LA LA land for the weekend. Planned it (bought a ticket) a long time ago not knowing I would be here last month for the AIA convention. But that's ok, the convention didn't leave much time for So Cal "hanging out." Probably road trip here and there on each of the different days and see a college friend in San Diego on Monday. I'm about to go back to the rental car agency to swap out my Impala for something else. No "June gloom" in the AM which means the day will tend toward the hot. What are C&G-ers doing on the 4th?

July 1, 200619 yr Started with me Thursday night. Went bar hopping with JoCaine.....imagine a 6'4" 275lb person in the passenger seat of my Solstice LOL Last night I took off and went to bed at 11:30ish...... Tonight JoCaine plays the Post Bar in Mt. Clemens which is going to be off the HOOK!

July 2, 200619 yr Being a lazy SOB for a change. The firm is giving us Monday off, so I get a four day weekend. I'm golfing tomorrow with some friends from high school, and then watching the fireworks Tuesday night before I head back to Des Moines.
