throttle in my 99 monte 3.1L isn't electronic, but it'll stay in 4th down to ~33mph under at least 1/4 pedal but won't shift down to 4th till 40mph... i think that's kinda wierd yeah, "learning" is fine ... for people that don't know how to modulate the throttle well, or have lost that ability but can still drive.

that' s just hilarious

unless the turbo's were mounted inplace of the mufflers. like some aftermarket is doing

if this is true, hope fully it's not a "corvette" corvair would be better not because of it's history,as far as i know, but kinda a play on words... in the air of a corvette i don't know!!!!! but if it is true... then it'd be great to have something in the weight to HP range of the vette, but smaller... eh?

anyone have insider information on what the next revised engine announce ment will be? the last 2 have been the 3.6L V6 getting DI and before that was the.... 3.9L AFM or the 2.0L turbo DI. right? will the next be an ecotec update? an LSx engine, or something else?

don't go w/ sony, the battery issues they and dell had are from sony... and they knew about it w/o telling people until lots of people had them burn.

a friend has a toshiba ... pretty much brand new, core duo widescreen... not sure how much it was, but overall very nice i'd not go with dell, unless you have to have thier warranty and such...?

a friend got at least $4k out of a convertible cavilier ~96? that supposedly was not mechanically well... dying, not starting(prolly key related) and other things. she did by a new corrola... so .... it's funny she got that much out of it

i know... but if they lower thier prices, either everyone else has to raise prices to compensate (for the RIAA), or lower them somewhat to be competitive...if walmart stopped selling music, RIAA would just spin it to thier side saying downloading music has hurt the industry.... in some fashion

i think it has to do with air/ fuel and if it's calibrated right or not...if your putting in tons more gas than should be in the combustion chamber it won't acceralte as well as if its close to WOT v. just WOT... wasting gas and therefor energy if all of it can't be combusted well.make sense? i only floor it if i want to screech my tires... other wise a progress way to push the throttle should be better for 0-60 times... i would guess it also can throw off HP numbers if less fuel could produce more power lower in the rpms.. say <3000.

even without an official press release, the chances of it being on CHI are infitesimal....your time scale is off according to the camaro release, 08 will prolly not be a great year for impala since the malibu will come out.
