Industry News: MOU signed Collaborative Considerations by Nissan, Honda, and Mitsubishi Motors.
Honda really needs to save itself. Nissan cannot save itself. Neither can Mitsubishi. Neither one will be missed by anyone.

Honda and Nissan Merger Canceled
Nobody will really miss Nissan or Infiniti. Does anyone care about Studebaker or Nash / Hudson / AMC? Does anyone care about Daihatsu or Daewoo?

it will exacerbate inflation. Tariffs will do that, unless a nation is on a gold standard. Then again, currently few people actually care about the results until it hits them in the wallet.

Some things never change. But MLB should NOT be involved in sports betting given their Rule 21D.

Pete Rose was given a permanent ban, so MLB will never induct him, even posthumously. The better question is what happens when the NEXT MLB player bets on baseball and what MLB does about it, given that sports betting is now legal and all the professional leagues are intimately involved now (including MLB).

Cadillac News: Introducing the Refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade
It's a shame really. Escalade is what Cadillac is when they put their minds to it and drop all pretenses of cost cutting and the like. This mentality was required back in the 1980s and 1990s when the Germans (and Lexus after 1989!) were eating Cadillac's lunch. Back then, it was so bad that Lincoln gained some market share from Cadillac (not Taurus/Sable numbers), but still much the same. Escalade is a very good if not great flagship for Cadillac now, much like the Fleetwoods of the early 1970s and earlier. Cadillac now needs to really make the rest of the lineup worthy to share the same showroom as the Escalade.

CA made it impossible to use or enforce non-competes in the state. That is why Silicon Valley became so dynamic over the last 30 years or so. The abuse of non-competes is directly responsible for the crackdown and ban. Good riddance!

Low headlights and a big grille DO NOT make a good-looking front end --- on any vehicle.

Buick News: Next Generation 2025 Buick Enclave Finishes Out Buick's Refreshed Lineup
To answer your question, I have seen videos on YouTube where the 3.6 required more frequent maintenance than any other GM engine in order to run for a long period of miles (say, 150K+ miles). I suspect that this new Turbo 4cyl should have fewer problems (real or alleged) than the 3.6 High Feature engine. Then again, the 3800 was bulletproof while the 3.6HF was less so.

Buick News: Next Generation 2025 Buick Enclave Finishes Out Buick's Refreshed Lineup
The interior is very good and competitive in its market segment. I really like it. Good thing that GM replaced the 3.6 with a turbo 4, since the latter should be more reliable. The new Enclave could do without the big mouth bass type grill. It looks like it belongs on a RAV4 or some other Toyota. As for the exterior, SAD. Buick needs to go back to the 1st generation Enclave and make it curvy and Buick again. I could mistake this version of an Enclave for an Acadia or Traverse.
