Chef @David would you expect that a Cadillac, Mercedes, Ferrari... Be greasy I think not most mechanic's would be incensed to be called or referred to as greasy or heaven forbid a "grease monkey" we can make 100k a year with our hands, tools and brain. Just think about the education and continuing education he or she puts in to their careers.
