  1. You've toned it down in the last little while
  2. Sorry, but I'm going to be a jackass here.Sick of hearing about your Prizm and Intrepid. Glad you love 'em, but I here about them pretty damn often.
  3. The chick I am currently seeing has a black 99 Intrigue GLS, loaded, 3.5L. It is a joy to drive, especially in the summer with the sunroof open cruising down the highway. We plan on taking it on a trip to Wyoming later on this summer. I can't wait.

  5. I used to hate Gordon with a passion. Anymore, I love seeing him win a race. In no disrespect to Earnhardt, but Gordon reached 6th in career wins in more than 100 less starts than Dale and is 14 years younger than Dale was when he reached 76. Dale was a great racer, but the numbers go to show you how good of a driver Gordon really is. As far as Toyota, I wonder how the heck Waltrip is going to keep putting cars on the track when he consistantly can't qualify for a race.
  6. A good review of the Sierra Denali. clicky
  7. I dropped the Impala down to just liability this year, with a $1000 deductable as it really isn't worth too much anymore, and only pay a little over 500 bucks a year for it. The Suburban is insured under the farm along with all with everything else and full coverage with a $100 deductable only costs me a little over 1000 bucks a year for that. Ever thought of getting a bigger deductable in exchange for lower rates?

I saw him on his last tour and he put on a GREAT show. If this tour makes it close to me I will definately go, I just hope I get a little closer this time around.

  10. I put blended more father, because as I said in the pictures thread, people tell me that I look exactly like my father. Although whenever I walk into the cafe back in my mom's home town (a town of about 200) people immidiately pick me out and tell me that I look like a (mom's maiden name.) So I must have a little bit of her in my features. Although I don't think I look a ton like my mom, almost all my my cousins and I share the same features like cheeks and eyes.

  15. I'm pretty sure that is the same system they have had in the upper level Tahoes and Suburbans from 04 on up, and I don't know who exactly changed your oil and rotated your tires, but I know a guy who is in auto school and got hired at one of the dealerships here in town to change oil. He had zero experience when he started, so I could believe you had the experience you did if that is who was working on your truck.

Haha, not unless the mailman looked exactly like my dad, because we look and sound almost identical I am told.

I thought I would try to get the thread going again. This first picture is from my Spring break trip to Denver. My mom and my sisters ended up flying down and joining us for a few days. This one was taken of my sisters and I up at the Red Rocks Amphitheater just on the west edge of Denver. This one was taken this past Friday. Some friends and I drove down to Twin Cities for a Twins game and as you can tell, my friend on the left was still rallying for a win, even though the game was over. These last three were from Saturday night. We ended up getting front row tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert that was in town. These may actually matter to some of you who listen to country music at all. This one is of Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland. She is a cutie if you ask me. These last two are the best two that I snapped of Kenny. We were pretty close.

Thanks for letting us know. I was thinking about going this weekend, but it didn't fit into the plans, but if I get a night off this week I will probably try to talk someone into going and seeing it with me.
  20. He "choked" on a pretzel. I don't think he "chocked" anything. What? You've never choked on anything before?
  21. My insurance fixes that kind of stuff without raising rates because they would rather just pay for fixing a chip than to pay for a new windshield.
  22. I fractured a couple of vertebrae when I was a sophomore in high school as a result of a 4-wheeler accident. I had a soft mattress up until that point and loved it, but I need to sleep on a very firm mattress, flat on my back or else I feel like crap the next day.
  23. Headed to the Minneapolis/St. Paul suburbs for the weekend. I have an aunt that lives down there and from the sounds of it, almost the whole family is getting together this year. With the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and cousins kids there should be about 35 of us. So it will be a full house, but it is bound to be fun. Its fun when we all get together because the driveway and street outside wherever it is we are damn near looks like a GM dealer. Happy Easter to all.
  24. Last night at 3AM the groove had 84% of the vote.
  25. Born and raised just outside of Fargo, ND. My family owns a farm to the west of Fargo. I grew up working on the farm, and now own a share of it. Because farming on a relatively small scale doesn't have a certain future, I am going to school as well. Since the farm is so close to Fargo, it is easy for me to live and work here in town, and still be involved in the farm. I'll likely live here for quite a while. My mom and dad are already almost 60 and I will taking over more and more of the farm and will likely run it after my dad is done. Fargo is continually growing to the south and west so hopefully one day either my parents or my sisters and I will be able to sell all the farm land to businesses and developments and I'll be free to move wherever I want, but until then I'm happy with what I'm doing. Even if I were to move somewhere else, I probably wouldn't move any farther than Minnesota. I love the snow and I love people in the midwest. I couldn't imagine going too far.
