My plan is to take my car to the track, so I need track day tires that are still decent for street use. Right now, I'm thinking of a set of Mickey Thompson tires particularly the ET Street S/S. I also heard good things about the Potenza RE-71R. Any suggestions? Tread life is not a big concern; I just need tires that can give the best grip and ride handling.
