Chevrolet News:2013 Brings Forth The Camaro 1LE, Navigation
Best way to get what you really want is to buy a 2 or 3year old Lease return that is done up under the GM Certified Used cars program. That way avoid the depreciation hit and get a much more loaded auto. Yeah, I thought about that. Not a huge fan of buying used, especially a sports car unless I know the owner and how it was taken care of. But you're right, the depreciation hit and options for the value are huge. We'll see what happens when the time comes to purchase. These end of model year deals are pretty enticing...

Chevrolet News:2013 Brings Forth The Camaro 1LE, Navigation
I'm excited about the Alpha as well, but unfortunately it won't be coming in time for me. I'm looking to purchase in the next 12-18 months. Regarding "holding the line" on price, I agree. I'm not even a young kid (34) but on a single income and a house/wife/2 kids to support, it ain't easy purchasing a $30K+ car these days. And I'm just looking at the 1LT, might even have to skip the $900 sunroof!

Buick News: 2013 Buick Verano Turbo Drops With 250 HP
You know what is sad and a bit crazy...I'm actually cross-shopping a Camaro 1LT with a Verano Turbo. Each has its pros and cons to make a case for a potential purchase for me. Pricing on the Verano T will be interesting for me, and some seat time in each will be huge.

Buick News: 2013 Buick Verano Turbo Drops With 250 HP
What would the GS offer over the upcoming T? A bigger turbo, or same powerplant and just revised front and rear fascias? Unless it came with more power, I'd struggle to see the value in paying an even higher premium for the same output. GS should mean something more than simple aesthetics. Now if they created a 2-door hatch with a 6-speed manual, and lighter weight. Perhaps that could be a GS model.

Cadillac News: Rumorpile: Cadillac Flagship Gets Approved
I'm confused on what role the XTS plays in the lineup if this new flagship competes against the 7-Series/S-Class. With CTS growing to be a 5-Series/E-class competitior, I assumed the XTS was the natural next step up. Is the direct competition less german luxury then, and more Lincoln/Lexus?

IF you could afford any car...
Subaru WRX Wagon. Fun to drive, AWD for winter, and room for the whole family and hauling stuff.

Chrysler News: Rumorpile: SRT Barracuda, And Two Models Under Consideration
My vote is for the Raptor Competitor. Seems to make more sense to steal some of Ford's market share, and we've seen creations recently that show it can be done. GM could jump in with their own variant then too.

I want a Camaro in Supersonic Blue Metallic
Not sure the actually reason for my post, guess it was more to vent than to ask a question. I love the Supersonic Blue Metallic paint on the Corvette, but really wish they would offer it on the Camaro. Any insights if there are color changes for the upcoming 2013 Camaro? Anyone know if it would be possible to "special order" a new Camaro build with a factory color from another vehicle? I'd be willing to pay a bit extra. Prefer it from the factory as opposed to having it resprayed in a body shop down the road so they get all the jambs and engine bay correctly.

Wonder if there will be any aftermarket support to pull even more potential from this engine down the road? Would make a nice sleeper of sorts.

Any upcoming Camaro refreshes/changes?
I'd love to see it looking more like the Gen 2 models--specifically a 70-1/2 or 71.

Any upcoming Camaro refreshes/changes?
Well there are many points here that have me excited...smaller (which hopefully translates to lighter), easier to see out of, TTV6, and DI engine. I like the current style, but the visibility is the main reason I am anxiously awaiting what is next. Timing kinda stinks because it means I'll need to hang on to my '07 Acadia about a year or two longer than I intended to. Good thing I put low miles on it, but unfortunately I get bored easily and lust for something more sporty.

Any upcoming Camaro refreshes/changes?
So with the article recently posted about the 2015 Mustang getting reworked, it got me thinking about what GM had in store for the next Camaro. I'm not expecting any big changes since it is still fairly fresh, just wondering if we have an insight on grille/taillight/headlight/etc revisions. You know mid cycle refreshes that still retain the majority of the cars's styling, but make mild enhancements/changes. Like the Mustang has over the years since it has been redone in the Retro style. I'll be in the market in about another 2 years and looking ahead to see what might be a possible purchase candidate. I like the exterior of the Camaro now, but visibility is concerning. I doubt GM would address that with a refresh, likley that would wait for a full redo around 2016 or so?

Cadillac ATS Pricing?
Yeah, now that I understand the competition pricing, I don't know what I was thinking for figures. Does make more sense to be in the ranges you all have stated versus my delusional dreams. Oh well, guess I have to keep looking for my next ride elsewhere. Champagne dreams on a beer budget.

Cadillac ATS Pricing?
I don't consider 30K to be low, but this is a Cadillac so I completely understand. Was hoping for a base around 26K, with an AWD starting around 29K-30K. I figured all gussied up it would top out around 34K-35K. This one might be a bit out of reach for me.
