Hey...I got a 98 saturn sl1...this interior looks like gold compared to mine. my center stack looks like a stinkin bubble!

Does anyone know if they paint the door openings? I always wondered if they painted that part.

Sadly, I have done a lot to my 99 Plymouth Breeze..but it's not all my fault! One day I came out of work and I had found that someone had run into the front of my car...the whole front was crushed in. Needed: -new headlights -drivers side fender -entire front grill and bumper One day I was hit from the side and I needed: -new driver's side doors -new driver's side mirror On Christmas Eve, I was going to my Sister in-law's house...it had snowed a couple days before, but the snow had melted. I came to this lake sized puddle. Of course, I decided to go through it because I had seen a little neon go through. so right in the middle of the puddle, An SUV come flying through and my car was engulfed in water. A rod went stright through the oil tank and the engine. Needed: -new engine -new oil tank I had to use my sister in-law's 93 Lumina to get home in a blizzard. Thank God she bought an 05 PT Cruiser. The Lumina was on its last leg.

my 98 saturn sl1 has had 2 problems. it needed a new battery($68) and some new censors($400 total) it only has 29,000 miles on it though

Well, @ the value end of the spectrum...A loaded 06 ION 3 is a good choice because of the new engine choice. Pluis the dent resistene body is a good choice for commuting. You can get one for around 17k. At the upper end, there is something like an 06 Impala...but I am partial to Saturn so...

someone thought that my 98 sl1 was 4 years old! I think the new design is very upscale for the price which is good for people on a budget.But i must admit that my sl1 looks more sporty then the ion. Saturn will always be saturn.

No, its the original paint, because i have seen many chryslers, dodges and jeeps in the same color

It's ok aobut the clearcoat, i got the car at $6000 off the msrp because it was reposessed. I got it for $12,000

fortunatly, the paint on my breeze doesn't look nearly as bad as those photos...its just the clearcoat, im planning to powerwash the rest of the clear coat off anway, the paint underneath actually has a better shine!

the paint itself isn't coming off, just the clearcoat.
