the humanity! there was news about companies not even employing people if they smoke. and if you did start to work you had to quit. period. no no smoking at work or in your car or huddled under your blankets with the light off. i believe it was a company in minnesota. many people were up in arms abou that saying it would open the door for a lot more infringement and was said to be crossing the unwritten line. i dont know. you hear horror stories about wait times in the larger countriesd with "free" health care. Sometimes they are proven incorrect but obviously its not going to be perfect if everyone who gets a cough goes to a doctor because its free. it surprises me no ones been able to find middle ground or at least a mutually beneficial plan. hmo's suck, weve all heard the jokes. if thats the best so far youre probably better on your own.

ok jim, im gonna level with you. you are a salesman. you think you can sell whatever anything they give you and you think everyone should be able to do the same thing that you are. but its not that simple you have to address product. which you have never once done. 3 points. better product, better reliability, better sales. the first two are pretty much taking care of eachother and thusly the third should follow. when you hae good cars you dont need schemes to sell them. especially when it only more than lets say 50ish. even better product is on the way, and i think that should help you out considerably. as well as everyone else. the general is marching on, you want to join in or or continue this here agenda?

lawsuits and investigations are always going to happen to a large company. its not the lawyers you should look out for though. its the accountants. you can always find a lawyer to represent you, somehwere sown the line its a necessary evil. sure there are some good ones. but try finding a good bookkeeper who knows whats what. like the line, is there a perfect crime thats ever been committed? sure it happens every day all the time and no one knows.
