Sketch Competition #26 - The Savior RESULTS
Yay! Thanks! Of course a couple weeks later Cadillac releases a concept Cadillac plug-in hybrid that totally blows mine away. http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/11/detroit...erj-with-video/

Sketch Competition #27 - GM's Next Sport Compact
GP, the fronts of your cars are getting extremely wide and squished now. The front end looks like it's been sat on by an elephant. And it hangs out waaay past the tires, like further than the length of your doors. And your A-pillars are getting way steep. I do appreciate that you're trying to do things a little bit different up front, like your curvy headlamps and... well that's about it. Everything else looks the same.

Sketch Competition #26 - The Savior
Sorry I'm late, I've been moving. Here's my entry. I see the Volt as the GM savior, as it's the next step in non-fossil fuel technology taking over, but I think that we need a Volt in every class. Enter the XEC: Executive Economy Coupe. Based on the FWD Volt, it comes with the amenities any Cadillac deserves, with a boost in HP and a tad bit of sportiness. It will compete with the upcoming Lexus hybrid vehicle, which will basically be merely a Lexus Prius. Advantage: Cadillac. I doubt I have the time to whip up an alternate view, but I'll do what I can.

Pontiac Firebird II I didn't spend much time cleaning up the scans, and the rear view was a quicky, but here it is.

Very cool! The second view looks a bit Audi R8* in proportion. *As anyone should know, that is not a bad thing.

The Great Aurora Project
Agreed. Can't wait to see it! I love the Aurora/Riviera of the 90's. Brilliant, one-of-a-kind design. They should have named it the next Toronado--if only they weren't forced to woo Eurocar lovers.

Buick GSR Production: 2012-present Platform: Y-Body (Corvette platform) Predecessor: Buick Reatta Class: luxury grand tourer Engine: LS3 V8 Please disregard the rims. I just wanted to put placeholders in there, but I didn't want their unfinishedness to distract, so I shaded them and such.- Sketch Competition #23 - 2012 Corvette-based Sportscar
Mine's done. I haven't posted it yet. I'll get to that soon. Everyone will love it, I promise.- Choppin' Competition #46 - Cadillac Provoq Concept

I guess I just expected something more likely to be production. Psh, what you have is just fine!- Choppin' Competition #46 - Cadillac Provoq Concept
Yeah, if I haven't said it yet, nice color Dodgefan. You didn't do a whole lot to the Provoq otherwise. I guess if it ain't broke...- Choppin' Competition #46 - Cadillac Provoq Concept
NOS, I just can't reconcile the angles here. It looks so bent, like you married two pictures of the same car at very different angles into one car. But as a design, I dig it. The only thing I don't like is that the roof declines way too fast for me, but whatever, it's still nice. - Sketch Competition #24 - G5 Replacement
