    I work as a csi person for a multi-franchise dealer group and happen to be on one of these sfe committees. You have to give GM credit, they understand the importance of customer satisfaction. None of the other manufacturers are putting this kind of money on the table to help improve csi. What motivates a dealer, money. The SFE coordinators work for Maritz Research, a company which specializes in automotive research and has the contract to do sales and service surveys for GM.
