A few reasons why I love my particular GM.

Well, keep in mind they rushed the production of these vehicles up about a whole year. Personally, I'd rather them debut with 4-speeds and 6-speeds than a full line of rush-built 6-speeds that could potentially lead to quality issues. The only thing 4-speeds lack in this sort of application are ad-copy.

Do some research on the Northstar line of engines. Their smoothness and reliability are well-documented and aren't mere opinons. Northstars can also run impressive distances with no coolant by shutting down banks of cylinders. What other engine does that?

People can Edmunds bitch about the 'aging' chassies, but I'd put the G-body up against any large car in its price range in term of stiffness, safety, and road composure (depending on model). And it would win.

My thoughts exactly. Airbus builds a more airline-friendly jet while Boeing builds a pilot's jet plane. Ask most pilots who've had experience in equipment from both companies and most will echo what Oldsmoboi said - If it Ain't Boeing, I Ain't Going.

GM's 'shitboxes' aren't the point. Ford, BMW, and Honda have all had similar 'shitboxes' at various stages, but they improved with time. Landwind is fielded as a brand-new entry from JiangLing. That speaks volumes.

HondaJet isn't really that revolutionary and its an unknown entering into quite a crowded field. That's assuming Honda intends the HA-420 for production. The engine placement for one has been done before with ill success namely because its a royal bitch to get at to fix.

Besides, if you're going to both ban and enforce a ban on cell phones, then what about shaving, reading, applying makeup and all the other distracting, asanine activites drivers participate in?
