Even though I wasnt around then, it was cool to ready about the year in review. I read 2005s as well. I'm glad that this is a community where people put that much thought and effort into the place. I think it makes it a great place to spend some time and it doesn't seem wasted. Glad I joined here.

This makes a bunch of burgers, but this is how I make mine. 1 lb ground turkey. 1 lb ground turkey sausage 1 tblspn diced onion 1 tblspn diced green pepper 1 tspn salt 1 tspn red pepper flakes 1 tspn black pepper 1 dash of Worsteshire Sauce 1 tblspn milk Mix up the meet, onion, green pepper, salt, red pepper, black pepper, worstie sauce, and milk until its the right consistency (thick and stickin to your hands). Form into patties Take a small pat of butter and fold into the center of the meat, stick on the grille. These are the juiciest burgers you will ever taste and full of flavor. They are my kids favorites.

Happy New Year everyone. I just got home from Chicago for NYE. Americans do fireworks better than any Canadian ever will. I hope the New Year brings everyone whatever they want out of it, and also brings us pics of the production Camaro sooner than later. <G>
