The Vipes has always been a the hemorrhoid of the super cars. It hurts when you sit down on it, it burns like hell when you get out of it (on the exhaust), and once you are done with it, you're glad to get back into your Corvette which is much more pleasurable to sit on.

The farm has a few ponds on it and when I was a kid we had ducks and geese. I made them pets. Geese are very territorial and any stranger who came near the house got chewed pretty good. It was entertainment for the whole family when I was about 4 or 5, we'd invite someone we were pissed at to dinner. (You know how small towns are, everyone is famous.) They would get out of their car and the geese would be waiting. We'd all look out the window and watch the fun. Ohhh, memories!

That vid cheered me up. Thanks.
  10. Actually, I thought minivans and SUV's were for soccor moms. I think wagons are for more intelligent people who appreciate a space efficient vehicle with good mpg and good handling.
  11. Efficiency AND power is cool. I am hoping that the maintenance issues for turbos as described above can be improved so that they can be driven like normally aspirated vehicles.
  12. Great chop. It could use some more development, but you did a great job of grafting the Concept Riv on the NG Regal/LaX/Allure whatever it will be called.

  16. -28.3 Celsius here in Great Falls. -19 Fahrenheit. I could have done the conversion to Celsius, but I was too lazy earlier. Sorry my fine Canadian friends.

Thanks GMTG. I appreciate ya. I feel badly for saying bad things about the Av recently. I was tired of it and wanting something more efficient, but in the end, I am glad that I did have it and I do think it saved my life.

I went with Rock to clean out the Av today. I'm amazed that I survived this one. The roof looks like a tent with the driver's side headroom now being the roomiest (thank goodness). If my daughter had been with me she would not have made it. I am glad she had school that day. The side curtain air bags worked as intended. I felt them. They feel like nylon to me. The front air bags also blew. All of the axles are broken and its just a mess. I am now hoping to get my ribs back into one piece again without puncturing any vital organs and get the insurance squared away and move on with life. Thanks for your support everyone.
