My floor jack won’t get high enough to lift my wife’s Tahoe. I was going to use a block of wood but then I found these jack extenders in a google search. Looks like a great idea. Anybody tried these? http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/champ-floor-jack-height-extenders-p-11539.aspx

My headlight lenses on my wife’s 99 Altima are real dull & cloudy. I thought about replacing them but now I see that there are some restoration kits available. Has anybody tried anything like this? Does it really work? Here’s a couple I was looking at: 3M Headlight Restoration System and Symtech Headlamp Polishing Kit Thanks

I am planning on painting the hood of my car. A friend told me I need to wet sand it first. Is this true? And if so, would something like this do a good job? http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/p-12829-15974.aspx

Is there a difference between fiberglass handles & wood handles on body hammers? I was looking at these two sets and was trying to decide which one to get. http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/p-11665-14367.aspx http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/p-10861-13305.aspx

Has anyone had experience using one of these rotisseries? Is it worth it to spend extra to get the hydraulic version? I'm getting into car restoration and thought it might be useful to have if not this particular rotisserie, one similar to it. I'm open for any suggestions. http://www.autobodytoolmart.com/p-13439-16612.aspx
