I saw my first Astra and my 2nd G8.
  2. +1 The design inside and out, are disastrous. A couple of splashes of wood and some chrome do not make a luxury car. That center stack, well, it looks like things were just thrown on at random!
  3. Now that's just crazy talk! :AH-HA_wink:
  4. Well, the pole results are now not completely accurate because several voted and when the pole was updated to incorporate several other statistics, we couldn't vote again. And will the people making 200K and more please contact me? LOL
  5. Ditto. Living on Long Island is just not easy. Having tens of thousands of dollars in student loans isn't helping either.
  6. 1) Not a huge fan of the Ram's interior. 2) Some would say that the design of the Sebring's interior was a big problem.
  7. Oh, I really didn't like it at all. How about.. Buick is car. No no... how about... Rethink... No no... Seriously though I like Wildcat's "The Craft of Modern Luxury". Or they could be just bold and go right out there with, "Not your blue-haired grandmother's Buick", but that's too close to Not Your Father's Oldsmobile"
  8. What frustrates me is that this Taurus has technology Cadillac doesn't have.
  9. What about the 300hp LaX Super that is FWD? The reviews have been that there is almost no noticeable torque steer and the handling is remarkable for a FWD car on a dated platform.
  10. See, I could understand it not being offered on the CX, but I would definitely want to see it offered on the CXS. I'm interested in knowing what's going on with the Super. It took forever for them to shove the 5.3L in the W--I'm just assuming we'll find the 300hp version of the DI 3.6L as the "Super" trim. I have to say, I absolutely love this car though. The other day walking in the hallway, I told my student who loves cars, "The new Buick LaCrosse pictures came out yesterday." My other student said, "They still make Buicks?" I wish I could afford a new one just to show him what a Buick really is (not referring to the majority of the mid-90's/early 2000's models--which is all they know since they were born in 1995).
  11. Exactly. And honestly, with the Malibu and LaCrosse, GM gives me more hope they can pull that off and be successful in that regard. The question is, will they have enough time/money to be able to reduce and revamp their operations. I can only hope so.
  12. You know what? I'd be very happy with that...
  13. I'm excited about a slightly smaller, premium car joining the lineup, and I'm very excited to hear the Regal nameplate return.
  14. Damn southeastern Long Island. Only 6". I want my damn snow!
  15. I believe it has 17" wheels standard. That's not too bad.
  16. I am dying to know the pricing. I could totally see some ES350 drivers switching to these.

    Zach Morris... paging Zach Morris...
  18. See, I'm a neat freak, so you come into my place and everything is where it should be. But then I moved in August. HOLY CRAP... where did all that come from?! I tend to be anal about storing things. I only have one junk drawer in my kitchen that's a wreck. The rest of my place is always kept tip-top. I usually go through my place once or twice a year and "clean house". I find things that I realize I haven't used for years and won't have need for, and give away or throw out.
  19. What about some of that Poon Tang?

I've only had one type of frozen pizza in my life: Ellios. I make the most slammin' pizza bagels though--of course they take a back seat to my pizza :AH-HA_wink:
