  1. I've only ever driven the Pacifica Hybrid and it was fantastic.
  2. I could see getting my partner a C-Class
  3. I've grown to accept it. I really like the tail end. Yeah, I know the Camry is the same V6, it just doesn't have as nice an interior as the Avalon and I know you like the lux of your Genesis.
  4. Really? I'm surprised. The Avalon is one of my guilty pleasures and it is way faster than its HP numbers would suggest.
  5. At least go with an Avalon if you're going Toyota.
  6. It will. Even in trucks. V8s will be limited to the HD/SD trucks eventually.
  7. It will be. All Volvos will get some form of Hybrid starting the 2020 model year, and most, if not all, are getting a Plug-in option.
  8. Ugh, that's one thing I hate about intellilink... every time we plug the phone in it tries three times to switch to Pandora even though we set it back to whatever we're listening to, usually XM or FM. I look forward to having android auto and apple car play....I carry one of each. I found the auto-stop in the Cherokee (not Grand) to be a little too aggressive in heavy traffic, but otherwise, I didn't mind it too much. I only shut it off once during a trip back to PA from Miami when there was a huge wreck on 95 north. The one thing I really really want in my next vehicle is adaptive cruise control. I think it would make a world of difference for me during the long drives I do.
  9. One of mine would be the Toyota 4Runner. It ain't purdy, but there is something reassuring about this old, solid off-roader. Out of date in just about every way imaginable, they still ride nice. In a different life situation, I might own one.
  10. Yeah, we've mostly given up on the Intellilink NAV in our Buick and just use Waze or Google Maps now.
  11. Very nice! This is pretty close to the way I'd want one. Another few months I think.
  12. Yeah, hardware is finally lasting longer these days, less reason to upgrade.
  13. Safari is fast, no doubt about that. Just not available on windows anymore. My next laptop (in a few years) will likely be a Mac. My HP Envy is still an excellent performer 3 years later.
  14. Of course it is... because we wouldn't want to confuse people by reusing S65... I write about this stuff all the time and I still have yet to understand MB's number system.
  15. I think it is about time that someone did some premium cloth interiors again. That wool blend looks fantastic.
  16. It's not too late to turn back on the ICE cars.
  17. You mean Global Entry? I have that, it's fantastic.
  18. They're not going to do an HD version anytime soon. Other crossovers are coming first.
