  1. In white it looks like an egg, literally. In black, the side profile looks a bit Cayenneish. Given the market and the segment, it'll sell decently.
  2. We should wait for the transcripts from the Buickman interview to see if he really has lost his mind. Oh, wait.....
  3. I'm sure that by 2008 there will be close to half a million Priuii running around, getting 15mpg below what the sticker says. Cafe standards for trucks need to be upped. If the GMT-900s do as well as they supposedly do, this would give GM an advantage, not having to worry about CAFE penalties.

They're still a lot more expensive. My Dell laptop cost about half of what the new Mac laptop will go for.
  5. News Flash: You cannot buy a 2006 Camaro, and there is a good reason for it. And I really dont care about the opinions of people who have shown themselves over and over to be narrow-minded.
  6. Is saying that the Esprit(2nd pic in BV's above post) and Atlantique(3rd pic) are beautiful adding something?
  7. I imagine having sex with a roast beef sandwich would be quite.....wait, why am I imagining having sex with a roast beef sandwich?
  8. This thread wont die, its awesome.
  9. In second grade I learned a little something about wants vs. needs. What (I'm sure) GM wants: A nice shiney new Camaro on the showroom floor in 18 months. What GM needs: A nice shiney new Malibu that can get buyers out of Camrys, Accords and Sonatas. Why am I more inclined to go with evok? Look above, then listen to some Rolling Stones. A Camaro isn't going to cover billions in losses. If they can make a business case for it, cool. If they cant, well at least the diehards go a concept that gave them hope for a couple of years. After all, it'll only be the diehards who remember that the Camaro is not on lots in three months.

I was born on the 80th anniversary of the first Buick being sold, so July 27th, 1984.

I'm assuming that if "Chrysler" was misspelled as it is in the first post, that this was more of an intern working to fast, not double checking everything type of thing, not some vast conspiracy to bring down GM. Keep in mind, nobody is perfect, not even the people who get the news, or the people who fact check the news or the people who proofread the news or the person who types it in so it shows up on the little scrolling thing on bottom.
  12. Isn't it about time he's featured on this site again? Maybe we'll not get another promised interview.
  13. To everyone who says that they'll get 160k a year if they have three trim levels, uh where do you think all of the lower trim cars, and the bulk of the sales, will end up? Avis, Budget and all the other rent-a-car plaves by the airport. That and high school girls are where a lot of non-GT Mustangs end up, why would it be any different for the Camaro? They might be able to come close to 160k the first year, but there will be tremendous dropoff and, knowing GM, the 5th gen will go unimproved for years and years like the 4th gen, then become a victim of the bean counters. A couple of Pontiacs and a Buick are really the only way for the Camaro to be built and to stay in production.

Hey yellow dart, good taste in music. I love the new Strokes album.

This thread needs some pot and a TeleTubbies video.
  16. The concepts bumper needs to be made available. I like it.
  17. Its a form letter designed to get you into the dealership. I used to get them all the time from Saturn.
  18. From the b-pillar back it looks like a CSV with Grand Cherokee taillights. And the front still has a party deck and a grille that tries too hard to look like the 300's.
  19. I played with iDrive once. It took me three motnhs to recover.
  20. Just like I said last time, political correctness is gay.
  21. Hate all you want, this car is going to be a winner. The interior has a lot of buttons (Bonneville drivers should feel at home) but they dont appear to be anything confusing. They're clearly marked, not like some GM models where you just get random initials on buttons and you have to go to the owner's manual to figure out what they hell they do.
  22. Great mpg, as has been stated. I never had a problem with the engine itself, just some of the stuff attached to it (AC compressor and exhaust manifold) that went out at around 65-70k. And I put 40,000 hard miles on the car in 13 months.
  23. Could be pricey, depends on where it is and if anything has to be replaced.
  24. Read the description of that 300ZX, the dude says it might have an exhaust leak, if it does thats likely going to cost. Everyth8ing else, its only stuff, it happens, life goes on. Sex is natuiral, sex is fun, sex is best when its one-on-one. And it can cause problems, small, crying, bald problems. Not that I've had that bombshell dropped on me in the last few days.......

I'm so not glad I was curious enough to see what was going on. BTW, I haven't seen FLY post much tonight, and I dont have any pics of Josh, so my money is on the harry post above being NOS. Maybe I was right in my reply to his "dream" thread and his subconscious is gay. Or not, you know, whatever.Edit: I cant spell late at night.
