  1. I think they both look great.....but I'm more of a Chevy Man and the GMC reminds me of a Ford and I wanna stay as far away from Ford as i can, so I'll pick the Silvy. My dad has been thinking of getting a new Duramax Silverado Classic but as soon as I showed him this, he said "Wow, I like that.... paused....I'm waiting. "
  2. Yea, the gauges in the middle is really stupid. Sorry Officer. I didn't mean to swirve so much, I'm not drunk I was just leaning over to see how fast i was going.
  3. I hear you there. I don't want a transmission built by DaimlerChrysler!
  4. ...

I hope I like it. I'm not a big fan of these huge looking beds like the F-150. I like the beds they have now, but maybe a little bigger. Just saw the rear pic and the bed doesn't look as huge as the F-150, looks good!
  5. I'm just happy to see a lot of people that have so many miles. I always hear about how imports can go 200K miles with only oil changes! It's just nice to finally hear GM owners say "Hey, me too!"
  6. I bet if the interiors were solid gold or platinum, some people would be saying GM's interiors stink. I like GM's interiors, I guess I'm just stupid.
  7. I think the first one in the "Readers Comments" needs to get his head out of the sand and compare a combalt to a civic and whatever else he said. Why does the GM vehicle have to be 100 times better before people condsder buying it over an import? Doesn't make sense to me. Drive both GM and another and compare it yourself. Don't listen to someone that thinks import cars ae the best or coolest.
  8. Consumer Reports should change their name to "We Hate Domestics!"
  9. I seriously doubt Toyota will be able to do it. With the GMT-900 Trucks coming and with the F-150, I don't think they'll get too many Domestic Trades. I say they'll just get people trading in their old Tundra's for the new one. I hope so at least...haha
  10. The exterior is horrible. The front end is just weird and the bed is that awful concept design. The interior is alright, i guess, of course what do I know, I like GM's current truck interior and I don't think I'm suppose to.....
  11. as much as I would like to believe 30 mpg or even 25..... it will probably be more like 21, because according to the reviews I've read on the tahoe, they're only getting around 17. But I'll keep my fingers crossed.
  12. 4 speed tranny!? <_< ...... come on GM, you gotta start putting 5 speeds in your vehicles.

Hopefully the new trucks get better gas mileage. People still want trucks and SUVs. Some people buy them and cry about the fuel mileage and other people don't care. I'd say it won't hurt the sale of the new trucks at all.
  14. You can't get a good comparison without a photo of a new tahoe in that postion. It could look totally different sitting side by side. From all the pics I've seen, the tahoe looks a lot better.
  15. Looks like they are going to be really nice trucks. I hope they don't just meet the competition, but surpass them by a lot. I know that's asking a lot but it could happen. I still like the Silverado's better than the other trucks and the new ones will definetely be awesome.
