Smallchevy......That Aurora wasn't mine. It belonged to someone else. I had spread the word around to help the guy who owns it. Sixty8panther.......Maybe it did. But the owner of the car didn't say as much.

98.....That Aurora is in great shape, so far as I know. At this point, the real losses were a big CD collection & some money that were left in the car. I think that the guy who owns it is very lucky because very few stolen cars without Lojack or GPS are recovered.

I'm back here with some excellent news: That Aurora that I mentioned here has been found! Somebody in Massachusetts spotted it & called the PD.

Unfortunately, this Aurora doesn't have Onstar. Or Lojack.

I had forgotten to say that this Aurora is a 2001.

I have returned to C&G to ask everyone here for help in finding a stolen Aurora 4.0, VIN 1G3GS64C514114456, Massachusetts plate #54H-T32. It's grey with a tan interior, and was stolen in Holyoke, Mass. If you see it, call the PD in that town immediately!

Folks, I really feel honored that you noticed my absence from Cheers And Gears. The reality of that situation is as such: This is a site for GM fans. I am no longer a GM fan, and for that reason I feel that I no longer belong here. I am no longer a GM fan for one reason: The dropping of Oldsmobile by GM. I have been an Olds fan for 45 years now, and I just feel that GM made the biggest mistake it has ever made by cutting Olds. Rather than making some insulting & derogatory remarks about what GM did with Olds, I decided to just quietly fade away. I now spend a lot of time at the site that Flybrian mentioned. ____________________ GM!!! BRING BACK OLDS!!!
