  1. Part of the fear comes easily enough, have you ever forgotten to plug in your cell phone when you get home? If you forget to plug in the Leaf right away, you may not be able to drive the miles you need to the next day. While it's difficult to dispute your point about the Impala, the Aveo is being replaced by the Sonic, which should continue the string of product successes. It's a great looking car, with tons of standard and optional features. Also, given that the Corvette is the highest volume in the high sport segment, compared to the Z4, 911, and the Cayman, it's hard to say it doesn't sell. While sales of full size SUVs are surely down, Chevrolet still leads that segment with Tahoe, Suburban and Avalanche head and shoulders above everyone else, and it is still a very profitable segment as well. The Leaf is an impressive car, but it does have limitations. At our dealership here in Phoenix, we have a Volt we brought over from San Diego. So far, for the life of the car, having driven more than 2200 miles, it has averaged 129 miles per gallon.
  2. I'm a big believer in extended warranties, and the GM Major Guard specifically. I work at a Chevrolet dealership in Phoenix, and I'm pretty sure that warranty is offered with a $0 deductible, of course, the price would probably be a little higher. I had the Major Guard on my '07 Impala SS, and it definitely saved me money...
  3. "This is currently not permissible ????" If the bill is referring to new vehicles, most dealer agreements restrict what brand new vehicles can be sold, but have no impact on pre-owned.
  4. My commute is a little under 10 miles. Depending on if I work the early or late shift, it takes a low of 15 minutes, and a high of 35 or so. I don't even TRY to use I17 during rush hour.
