I can also vouch that for years my brother has sold Buicks to the young crowd that love them. It seems that younger people love the soft ride and the ability for the cars to hold lots of their friends in comfort. They are also dependable and cheap to fix so that is another reason. My nephew has a Chrysler and had a Toyota before that but he is still dreaming of owning a big Buick. He seems to love the idea of being able to turn with one finger.

I am thinking th same thing because I have sat in several and driven it and it was not that bad like in those pics. That must be some early model that they are using for shows. Actually GM was using a red on for shows as I remember. Anyway in real life it was not that bad.Still they should not show the car like that anyway. As for the stitching it does not bother me because it is just on the door arm. You would swear it was on the dash and console the way some of you are tripping about it.

Very nice I saw one at our auto show early this year and it looked very classy. I have seen just one on the road and it looked very good. Oh and everyone rips german car design because they were the best of the last few decades.

The Mazda 3 and Scion Tc have a 5 speed as well as a few others. Gm should use the 6 or 5 from Saab with the Ecotec in the Cobalt and others. At least the 5 speed to get better MPG numbers and remain competitive.

Sounds good but we shall see. The warranty news has given me new hope for them though.

Sat in a few and have driven a one XR and the trim lined up in the cars that I experienced. Those that say hey it is 24K and priced like a Toyota are not looking at the details. Cars have options and features that cost and when you look at what the Aura offers compared with a 24K Toyota or Honda you will see that it is a great deal. The base car with the 4 speed and smaller engine is 20K and that is cheap enough for a V6 they should not give it away. Anyway it drove just like a Euro car and was really nice. I have to say I like the satin finish more than the wood though.

Good question and one you could ask of many GM products. The 9-3 has had navigation for a while though they just put in a different unit. I guess in real life the On star navigation is safer and better to use but you have to subscribe.

Well I went in today to test drive one and it is a great car but I hate how the 3.6 seem to reb up before it gets up. Anyway they had several the first time I came in to looked at them and now they just had two on the lot and they had to take one off the stand for me to test drive. I think it is doing well here. Even though this is not scientific I have seem a few on the road.

I was at the Saab dealer today and boy the same dealer has ignored me twice when I have come in. I guess I will have to go really far out to look at Saabs. The Jag, Volvo, etc dealer just across the freeway is much more accommodating and they don’t share the lot with a Kia dealer ship! Sorry just a little rant. I like the previous 9-3 interior more and if I look at them that is the style I will go for.

Not to be a down note but we as car guys could see a mile away that Holden needed such a car. Holden knew it also because that was the point of the concept. So why does it take GM so long to realize the obvious and then contemplate adjustments for 4 year away when the time is now. Just a thought but it is also a pattern I see.

Those cars do not look the same they are sedans however so you can do that with about any car. People sometimes you guys really stretch it and I can not name a car that has come out that you guys don't try to say it looks like something else. IF it has four wheels then you claim it looks like something else.

I can't believe how cheap that car is with a lot of nice options! This is going to sell so well.

I like the GMC exterior and the interior of the nicer Chevy but that base model interior looks yucky.

WOW! We always get left out of everything. I have also notice that even though diesels needs less refining the prices of it has jump in recent year to almost as much a premium fuel. Someone in government along with the industry does not want us to have this........I wonder who?

Funny thng is I really like it a lot. I wonder if it has the big gap where the head lights meet the fender like the Cobalt if not I may look at one because I really want an auto now. Plus I love those rims.

I was just helping a friend car shop and we looked at the VUE, Torrent, and Equinox and the Torrent is worlds better looking than the other two inside and out. She loved it and decided to move on it until I sold her on the G6 Convertible. As for some of those other numbers well I will wait to hear if GM increased fleet sales again like they did last month. You have to watch for their tricks.

Hyundai is crazy if they are thinging of joint qith a lame duck like that. I do think however that Hyundai is who GM should be trying to join with. The Azera is such a nice looking car and they have such good qaulity now that Toyota is scared of them.

The Lucerne with 18's and the V8 looks very sexy and sleek. It is a very nice car so I hope it gets a 6 speed in the near future. Great numbers I hope that most are not fleet.

Hello! It is a way to sell more cars without diluting the NA market. Makes perfect sense and they need to use this lind of logic more often. Plus Daewoo is over due for something nice to come into them rather then them just shipping everything out.

Ok everyone keeps seeing these cars but no one has a camera phone at the least except for the NY and truck pics. Sorry man I am not bashing but I wanted to see more real world pics of the car.

Well some people seem to forget there are people that have kids and more than two so even it there are smaller SUV's and gas is going up it does not stop the fact that people have kids and they want safety and comfort. Plus I don't see people bashing Honda or Toyota MPG and they get about the same for smaller SUV's. NO CLUE!

I love it except for one thing. I do not like the break in the bumper after the defuser but before the top that runs around. If that was gone and it was one piece down to the defuser black area then it would be hot.
