What's the point? How about a review of the soon to be gone Vibe or G6?

In 3 years, when/if this interior hits the market, the competition will have had plenty of time to copy and better this effort. What a shame. Yeah. The metal in the center cluster looks like plastic metal. Analog clocks are hard to understand. 0.4 sec makes all the difference. Pushrods are all bad, regardless of how good the motor. You make one valid point about the interior space. Everything else is BS. Mark

Two distinct Corvette models will not happen for a long time. Does anyone think it makes any sense for GM to pour money and engineering into a niche vehicle when they cannot afford the money and engineering to make a minivan? If you think so, you would drive GM further into the ground. The Ford GT did not help Ford turn around. Mark

There's a reason Pontiac feels they need to do this: Saturn. Saturn is the now upscale version of a Chevy that Pontiac used to be. Since GM is 100% behind Saturn right now, Pontiac has to go to these outrageous extremes to look more sporty than a Chevrolet or Saturn. The did this when Oldsmobile moved into their market area with the Alero and Intrigue. The last generation Grand Am and Grand Prix results from this competition as Pontiac added spoilers and hood stops to look different. The same thing is happening again with Saturn. Saturn is the sophisticated Opel clone and Pontiac has to do something, ANYTHING, to stand out and matter to GM. The understand looks of the GTO and original G6 did not work well for Pontiac, so this is the result. Mark

I find all the complaining about the GM photographs vs amateur ones odd. What pictures are you look at? You don't like consistently lighted photographs and instead like seeing shadows, glares, odd angles? Mark

Way to go GM. Tell everyone in the year what you will be doing in the next six years. This gives the competition plenty of time to deploy the same technology 2-3 years before GM. GM again will look like a laggard here. Mark
