Hyundai Motor America Reports Best July Sales Ever
 
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyundai Motor America today reported sales of 75,003 for the month of July, up 5.6 percent over a year ago and the company's best July ever.   
 
"The strong performance of the Tucson and refreshed Santa Fe Sport and Santa Fe led us to our best July ever," said Derrick Hatami, vice president of national sales for Hyundai Motor America.  "Since launching the all-new Tucson a year ago, sales have been strong and this month was no exception with volume up 98 percent over 2015."
 
Santa Fe Sport and Santa Fe also were up double digits for the month, with sales up 25 percent and 16 percent, respectively.
