April 13, 200619 yr Have you ever listened to the Camel Toe Song? OMG....I totally pissed my pants......
April 13, 200619 yr Better buy a Honda then and invest in a lifetime supply of Depends... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> WMJ better quote this in his sig because it goes along with that photo in it perfectly.
April 13, 200619 yr I'll quote Sixty-8 on a certain matter... I'd like to take a closer inspection at Miss. Canada's Camel toe...eh?
April 13, 200619 yr The Camel Toe song was great, I really needed that laugh, and I've seen some that bad a bunch of times before....especially during the summer.
April 14, 200619 yr Author Isn't this like the fourth thread that got merged into the Random and Miscellaneous thread? I'd respond to that but I'd get yelled at for not using the PM feature. (yes the powers that be think I post too many threads)
April 14, 200619 yr Okay, since I'm always digging up these weird links & bizzare photos I figured I should have a thread dedicated to my random Google finds Etc.
April 18, 200619 yr Author Hey! How'd they get to test drive the new Challenger already? Buahahahahahahahahhhahah!!!! I'd like to test drive those t!ts if you know what I mean. P.S. You mean there's people who are not obsessed with cars of the 1960s & 1970s, esp. drag cars? Who are these freaks!? Edited April 18, 200619 yr by Sixty8panther
April 18, 200619 yr well my camera is working now... so once i find time ill have some pics up of the datsun... if i remember correctly its a 1953... that could be wrong tho... i do remember my grandpa saying its the only one in running condition on the east coast... pretty sweet... meanwhile 68... you should check the member showcase for my detomaso... i finally finished it... and i know im gunna hafta change it because the one i posted was just a stepping stone to transforming the first post of my panthera into a supercar... but its getting there oh and NOS... that was hilarious... my thoughts exactly
April 24, 200619 yr Author This guy is a true enthusiast. I'm not a big fan of Front-biased AWD but this guy's car does scream! It's almost as fast as a Saturn.... V Rocket. I'd love to drive that Eagle just once. 8.9 in the 1/4 mile is pretty damn impressive. Esp if you're a one man opperaton. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/84E511E...4CD3C9C12CE.htm Edited April 24, 200619 yr by Sixty8panther
April 26, 200619 yr Author Canadians are cool! This guy has a 1st gen. Maxima like myself AND a classic 1970? 510. Very good pair of Datsuns.
May 11, 200619 yr Author Wow.... very very cool. First I'm hearing of this: Conversion by Meteor of Piqua, OH, on a re-bodied 1937 vee-sixteen chassis for the Detroit Fire Department, this huge ambulance was donated to the department by its Fire Chief, Paxton Mendelssohn, who had worked for many years for the Fisher Brothers. In 1951 it was put on a V-8 chassis and remained in service into the seventies http://www.car-nection.com/yann/Dbas_txt/V6prod34.htm
May 22, 200619 yr Author I love our 1997 Infiniti Q45, it's a great car with very few flaws but when I read this review I was a little confused. It sounds morem like a factory issued press release than a review. This guy has nothing but good things to say abotu the Q45. It's all peaches & cream. I mean I can find about half a dozen considerable flaws and/or complaints about our car. A few related to ergonomics, a few other inferior features as compared to the 1997 STS. Like for one: the Northstar is SO much more motor than the 4.1 short-stroke Q motor. Anyway see what you think: http://www.cartrackers.com/am/showarticle.php?id=6841
May 23, 200619 yr that reveiw... wow he uses too many eloquencies in what seems to be an attempt to speak luxuriously in order to make the car seem more luxurious... like hes saying the car is so luxurious... he can only describe it with these big fancy words... he says "canted" where "angled" would suffice... he easily couldve used "plenty" instead of "ample"... there are plenty of other examples but i already closed the window so i cant go back and look... basically he's trying way too hard to make the car seem perfect... and its very easy to see through his facade (i love how ironic what i just typed is... i said he used too many fancy words... yet i used "eloquencies" "suffice" and "facade"... but irony is funny... so ill leave it alone )
May 25, 200619 yr Author Well... yes, but for instance at 65+ MPH the sheetmetal on the car's hood sways in the wind. WTF? Unacceptable. Also, 0-60 in like 7.8 sec. sucks when the STS does it in like 6.7, not that I'm going to be needing to burn rubber in a luxury car but you get the point. The dead pedal in the Q sucks, the E-break sucks and is also in the way of the crappy dead pedal and the trunk is very small considering the size of the rear overhang. This is thanks to the craptastic fuel tank placement. BUt still I love the Q and at least the sunroof switch does not make me want to murder whoever designed it like in the STS. Seriously, one of the most horrific electronic annoyances of my life has been trying to close the sunroof on the STS. The past four years that I've owned it I can honestly say I almost had an aenurism over it about two dozen times. You try to close it and it opens... you hold it down for 0.1 seconds too long adn it tilts instead of closing. Edited May 25, 200619 yr by Sixty8panther
May 25, 200619 yr Hello. My name is Bob Plunkett. I write puff...er, reviews. I also read these when I have free time...
May 25, 200619 yr That Datsun 510 looks like my teacher's. He is selling it. It is a 69 510 4 door that is brown. He is finally parting from it. He has a couple of offers but he wants $6500.
May 25, 200619 yr Author Woah... $6500?!?! If it was an imported Japanese spec. 2dr hardtop wiht the sleek fastback rear glass, 5-speed and in 100 point condition I might pay half that and I'm obsessed with 510s. Check out this super cool website... lots of Car ads from the 1940s to the 1980s. Enjoy XP. http://www.prn.ee/ajuvant/reklaam/reklaam.html
May 26, 200619 yr Author Well... at least it's not $6500 for a Toyota Crown. ----- Off the same website from previous post.
June 2, 200619 yr Jeez, I hope you didn't mention my name. We disowned his ass after the "pecker sock" incident at the grocery store.
June 2, 200619 yr Author Actually it was some dork I saw pull in at FED-EX/Kinkos up in Nashua, NH. He was just some random dude and it was like 5 months ago. I just kept forgeting to post the photo and found it today looking for photos of XP's 1977 Cutlass. I was in too much of a hurry trying to get my client's paper- work FedExed to talk to him.
June 2, 200619 yr Author You should trademark that term... "Pecker Sock" is a lot more creative than Paris Hilton's "That's hot"
June 5, 200619 yr Author Remember my thread where I posted a photo of a violet KIA and said how the deuchebag driving it cut me off real bad as if she was in a hurry and then slowed down almost as if to piss me off and nothing else? Well, recently me, XP & my buddy Kevin were talking about how Honda, VW & Toyota Camry/Avalon drivers tend to be morons in higher percentages than othetr brands. One day XP & I went on some roadtrip and got cut off like 7 times & 6 of them was by either a Camry, Avaon or some other Toyota. Well today I had to deal with three morons on the road, one was driving an Accord and was paying too much attention to the Yorkshire Terrier in his lap and kind fo forgettign to watch the road, the other guy was a d!ck in a green 95/96 Camry who apparently thought RED means GO and the third was a b1tch in a CRV who cut me off last minute and I had to swerve & jump on the breaks in the Q45. So mext time you're in the Westford, Mass area watch out for this dumb broad.
June 7, 200619 yr Balthy... I guess Gene Simmons has a daughter (or an emo kid son)? That's one hell of a tongue!
June 8, 200619 yr and you were slowing down dude.... i'm pretty sure it was up a little higher a few seconds before i took the pic, haha
June 10, 200619 yr Author Oh yeah... we hit the 130 mph mark no question about it. If that straightaway had been about anoher 2 miles long we might have had a chance to hit 140, although I think the car is drag limited at like 135. Suer felt like it anyway.
June 23, 200619 yr Author I'm the highest bidder on a 1959 Buick right now... $685.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...mMakeTrack=true
June 23, 200619 yr thats funny. you have any idea of what the reserve is? 6 days and going strong and its not met yet but even so id save your money on that pile. it looks so rusted just from the pictures that on the way home youd be able to stop the car fred flinstone style.
June 23, 200619 yr It looks in the pictures like at least the right rear floor has had water from some sort of leak. The trunk appears to have surface rust, but it may be solid. You can never tell unless you put the car on a lift or pull the carpet back.
June 23, 200619 yr Author Yes... the car's been in storage since our coutry's 200th anniversary of existance (1976) so a "little" rust repair, complete engine rebuild and a lot of other miscelaneous restification is needed, but for a 1959 Buick it is in great shape compared to many others that go through ebay. I'm not a serious bidder, but now that I got my name on the auction I could very well get a second chance offer... and well, you guys know I'm crazy enough to drag it home if money wasn't somehow an obsticle. June 23, 200619 yr Author Coon new flash animation off of Ebaumsworld. http://ebaumsworld.com/flash/animator-vs-animation.html ---
June 24, 200619 yr Well officer It said i was only going 85 not your projected 117? To much traffic to get it to touch the bottom and when it touches bottom GPS says im doing 132mph. I find it funny how a 185hp V8 2 1/2 ton car can go that fast while a 120hp 1 1/2 ton sport compact can only hit 96 Damn my leg looks extremly white and skinny in that reflection. June 24, 200619 yr Author Sweet, in my old Fleetwood Brougham at about 105 mph the needle dissapeared from sight altogeather, it would be hidden behind the base fo the speedometer as it got near parallel to the dash. (sideways) -------- If BV was enviromentaly friendly he'd drive THIS: http://video.yahoo.com/video/play?vid=0cbc...e67667cc.534908
