but that 200hp had just 30lbft less than the 3.6 now, and the 5speed manual was rated 31mpg. which it takes a 6speed and DI to get those ratings (even though they've changed) the ls1 had, what. 350lbft too? a 5.0L should beable to make that now. yes times have changed, back then it was bigger and heavier than mustangs and could cause them headaches in the right hands, just like now. has it never been like that? if they want to change the formula, put a different name and design with it.

seems to be better. can't wait for 4...i've just waited patiently though.

maybe for your area, this year has kinda sucked here, but last year we only had maybe week of 20's ....we had a nice summer in 09, this one was a little rougher, not terrible. this winter seems to have been pretty cold for alot of the country.

but it doesn't always do it...gonna restart after disabling a few of them.

anyone using firefox? i'm getting this problem when i seem to have two windows open and several tabs in both. it lags badly at times, sometimes for a second or 2 and you think it's crashed. anyone else geting anything close to this?

without that tech, i'd say the v6. just for the almost immediate 300lbft, and the general ease of working on a IBC compared to a OHC engine. beable to chug on the highway... and it would keep the camaro to not have a 4cyl for a little longer.

so 4 cyl turbos... either the "lnf" or a 2.5 low pressure turbo... could work well, if the gen6 is lighter by.. a few 100 lbs.

while it's not much, it is odd the v6 rpm @60 is less than the v8. i'm guessing you did that with higher drive ratio # so it'd be even more sporty than a v8 and 6 speed would be otherwise? curious if the 4 Turbo is the base or the midlevel?
