Another Recall for the Grand Cherokee
Are we sure the seats catching fire isn't just a option for people that need to cook food after a long day of offroading?

Area GM: Secret Plant In Mexico?
I see it as a good thing. Maybe less people will come to AZ illegally if they have places to work in Mexico.

Cars your parents owned..
It will take me a while to make up a list. I would guess we owned at least 50 different cars when I was younger. A few off the top of my head are: 63 Chrysler - My dad always use to say it the car he was going to give me when I was old enough to drive. 70s Cadillac conv. - there was no switch to put the top up and down, only wires that you had to touch together. 63 Impala - which my brother still owns, he bought it from my dad about 10 years ago. 52 Chevy Deluxe - fiberglass tilt nose with a 327, it weighed 3000lbs. 66 Chevy pickup - This truck was the donor of the 327 for the 52 Chevy. I think the engine was originally from a Camaro or Chevelle though. 67 Chevelle - the car I begged my dad to give me but he said it was too fast for me. 67 Olds 442 - I liked this car also, but not as much as the Chevelle. 78, 79, and 80 Malibu - my dad did a v8 swap for each. Theres alot more, but I cant remember them off the top of my head. They are all gone, and instead we now have: 68 Dodge Dart 62 Bel Air 73 Chevelle 63 Nova conv 63 Nova coupe 32 model A - completely custom, my dad made the body and frame. and soon we may have a 68 Tempest. I don't even remember all the cars we own right now.

Obviously, it wasn't secret enough.

Illegal stuff you've gotten away with
I just got a speeding ticket a few weeks ago, 75 in a 45. I was passing some people going slow, then the cop came from nowhere. I also got in trouble last year for street racing, which I really wasn't(at that time). Other than being addicted to speed(not the drug) I'm a good boy

Thinking again
Then just get the CTS. Before you said you would want the V, but now the GTO is too powerful?

CTS came out early 02, that would make Sigma 4 years old.

Toyota Camry Hybrid Gets The Kid Gloves Treatment
I think it needs to be broken in. My 98 Grand Prix GTP( with reprogrammed computer, smaller pulley, and larger throttle body) averaged almost 25mpg in mixed driving. I'm not saying 32mpg is bad, but I get 25mpg with ~100 more hp. I could probably get 30mpg with just highway driving at about 70-75mph.

....
So make them able to fit 33 inch tires, then put 28 inch tires on it? That doesn't kill the mileage too much, but it does make it look ugly. It doesn't appear to be hurting Chevys sales compared to Dodge and Ford. Why take away from the other 95% of the market, because 5% wants to fit bigger tires?
-
Best Oil?
I use mobil 1 full synthetic.

....
And GM has CAFE requirements to meet.So if anyone wants to kill the gas mileage on their trucks, they will have to do it on their own through the aftermarket.

NG GMT 360 Shelved
But for the price difference between that and a TB I could get a few jet skis, which is what I would be using it to tow.

Spark plug wires - 3800 V6
I don't know about the earlier 3.8s but my 98 isn't too bad. You do need to be pretty flexible to the to the 3 in the back though. The hardest part on mine was that the wires were really tight on the plugs and took alot of force to get them off, which isn't easy in the back of the engine.

Spark plug wires - 3800 V6
I guess maintenance would be a drawback to having the engine stuffed in the firewall.

Why the new Camaro will fail
Wait, the GTO was too boring, but the Camaro is too in your face? I'm a 21 year old who doesn't love the mustang, I think it is ugly. But I like the Camaro, and I'm not even a Camaro fan. Dodge builds their whole lineup on love it or hate it styling, I don't see that as a problem. It's better then everyone liking it, but no one actually buying it. And maybe when the Camaro is out in a few years, some of those people who bought mustangs might want to trade it in for something with a little more style.

Detroit's Midsize SUV Problem
What are the crossovers capable of towing? I dont see the problem with the mid size BOF suvs being replaced with crossovers as long as they can tow ~4000lbs.

how i would fix Saab
GME is GM, one in the same. Perhaps you were talking about different regions of GM? It's still not like GM is relying on outside help to develop 4cyl engines. It would only make sense that GME would have more experience with smaller engines, since there are higher taxes for higher displacement. GMNA would have more experience with trucks, and small block v8s.

FWD cars that would have the biggest sales
I'd go with the 103hp Scion engine. Or better yet, why not make it a FWD Camaro and swap in a Prius engine?
