only a few beers tonight, but was absolutely pulverized at a wedding on friday.

Just miles of nothing too exciting and $h!ty cell phone service west of Fargo, but I've had the pleasure of travelling it too many times. Most recently today in the middle of a snowstorm. I-94 was almost at a standstill for a couple of miles.

My mom has an 04 astro AWD for work and has never cracked 13MPG with it (my suburban gets 14-15 most of the time), plus astros are big, uncomfortable, underpowered, turds on wheels. I wish that thing would fall off the face of the earth someday, provided my mother was not in it. I'm sorry if anyone likes these things, I can't stand them. The only thing that is somewhat appealing about them is that most are equipped with AWD, at least in this part of the world. Otherwise compaired to a suburban they sit higher, offer you less control behind the wheel, take up almost as much room in the garage, get worse mileage (if you don't believe me about the mileage, this is her second astro, the first one a 2001 and was equally as bad), and look like garbage.I think that you need another suburban. for 18000 you could probably work you way into a nice used 2001-2002 LT and probably up to a 2003-04, if leather and all the luxeries aren't important to you.

my suburban plates read "L84LAKE," because no matter where I am, I wish i was at the lake, and it makes sense since im usually pulling the boat with the suburban in the summer and leave for the lake late friday night usually.

if you want to know whether a not there is antifreeze in your oil, pull the dipstick right after running the engine and see if the oil is frothy. If it is, you likely have antifreeze in your oil. If so, you don't want to run it too long like that or you are going to have much bigger problems.

As discussed, I think it is the angle that makes it look more stubby than it actually is. Also, if you look straight up from the lit up parking lights, you can see the panel gap between the bumper and fender. The fact that it is so hard to pick out shows that GM really paid attention to the details on this one. The red pic is horrible. It would have better if they just made us wait until NAIAS. The gray pic, while very small shows a very upscale looking car for the class it is in. It also looks like the gray one could possible have projectors.

I asked for a new PDA for Christmas, I think that is what my parents bought me. I got my dad a Subwoofer for the surround sound system in his basement. I tried talking him into a Sub a few months ago and he said he didn't think he needed one, but he is the kind of guy to just go out and by whatever he wants whenever he has the impulse,so it makes his hard to shop for, and since this was the only idea I had, I just did it. Should be big enough to rattle most of the house. My dad and I are going in together on a laptop for my mom. She would like to use the computer, but refuses to go and sit down in the office alone in order to use the desktop they have in the house now, so we figured this was a good answer to that problem. I think that I'm just giving my sister some clothes or some $h! like that, my mom just does that stuff and just puts my name on it, works for me.

thats a great price....go for it....insurance can't be too much if you only have liability. I'm sure it will be more than the other cars you have been looking at but it's worth it.

something like this would be pretty hard to catch it you think about it. considering that winter has just started and they probably didn't really realize it until they got a few of them out the of the factory and into the cold in order to feel the abnormal vibration.

02 Impala since September of 04. Started with 55000 and closing in on 100000 03 Suburban since March 06. Started with around 80000, now have 87000. I only use it when I need it to pull something around or haul around some friends, but may start using it a little more once winter is in full swing.
