  1. I just don't like the Vue at at all. The back end it funky. The Edge on the other hand is the only Ford I'd drive besides a Mustang GT.
  2. I don't blame you for doing what you did. If I owned a brand new Z I'd have to think about it too. Mostly because no matter how good of a kid this kid is, he is probably going rail on it at least a couple of times. I went to a smaller school. Freshman-Seniors got to go to prom and that only made up about 100 couples. Showing up in a fly ride was a necessity. My prom rides: 2002: an 01 Escalade riding on 20s. White Pearl. It was my uncles and in 02 it was quite the ride. 2003: an 03 Corvette. I burned at least 10% of that poor cars tires that night. It was a good family friend who has more money than he knows what to do with and he told me to use it like it was intended to be used. First time hitting 150mph. 2004: an 04 GTO. My cousin is 20% owner of a Chevy-Cadillac-P-B-G dealer in Grafton, ND and stole me the keys to a yellow 04 with a 6 speed. Not a lot of GTOs in our area at that point so it was the talk of the prom. 2005: an 05 H2. It was my cousins. Black on 22s. A LOT of fun. Although it stormed that night here and it did get STUCK in a snowbank that i tried cutting over just for fun. An H2 STUCK...are you kidding me. Embarrassing to say the least. 22s were no help at all. Also in 2005: I went to my girlfriends prom as well and borrowed my grandpas STS. Kind of toned down compared to the rest of the prom rides, but a nice car none the less. But again, I don't blame you at all. I think it was pretty stupid for anyone to have loaned me their vehicles. I would have had to pay OUT THE ASS had I ever crashed them. Plus I would have felt terrible.
  3. Nice pickup, nice price. I would buy it if I were in the market. Looks great.
  4. Happy Birthday sir. I hope it's a good one.
  5. Very nice pickup F&K. I like the All-Terrains more and more every day. Also, can you order the camper mirrors on any pickup now? I wish my suburban had a set on t it.
  6. that's what they tell you
  7. Entirely GM family except for a couple of uncles who drive Chrysler and an aunt who drives a Mercedes.
  8. From 16 candles? He can play? :AH-HA_wink:
  9. What if your son wanted to go to the Jonas Brothers concert?...then you'd really be in trouble.

Even if he was driving a RR Phantom....don't park like a dick.
  11. Thats a joke right....ND has three and I see a lot of Saturns rollin around, so Montana is missing out for sure. I think that needs to happen in more places. The little Saturn section of Rydell's works perfectly.
  12. You need to go to a site like photobucket.com and upload your pictures there. Then you can just use the image link off of photobucket to get your pics on here. Hope that helps. Also, I have been seeing a TON of All-Terrains driving around town. I saw 3 yesterday alone and usually see one at least once a week. They look better than I thought they would. The wheels looked awkward to me right away but they look nice in person. All the other extras look great as well.
  13. All of my IM, email, and message board names are all the same, scharmer05. Scharmer is my last name and 2005 is the year I graduated from high school.
  14. Holy Hell, I just laughed outloud.
  15. That picture you have doesn't do the car justice. The Lucerne in CXL and especially CXS is downright elegant. Sounds like a great car. Go for it.
  16. If you are actually thinking about a CXS, then go for it. That car would be a nice ride.
  17. HA...the farm chicks aren't so much my style. I think NDSU has changed a lot since your day. There is still the S&S crowd, but a large majority of the kids who come up here now are from the Minneapolis suburbs and want to go to a good, decently sized college that isn't the U. Once they actually get to Fargo, they usually regret there decision, with the bitter cold winds and absolute lack of hills and trees. Most of them still stay though. Even though I am a farm kid, I don't hang out with that crowd much at all. Belt buckles and cowboy hats look ridiculous anyway.
  18. It needed to be done sooner or later. It has a soft spot in my heart though.
  19. The chicks definately make out at NDSU now-a-days!
  20. KC...I'm sorry for your loss. My Grandfather dealt with alcoholism most of his life and it wrecked the relationship I had with him, so I can understand the drug situation. I'm sorry for your family's loss. Remember the good times, forget the bad, and cherish the children she gave you.
  21. A girlfriend I had for a while at the start of college did it in the beginning. I'd let her do whatever she wanted especially if it was going to lead to me getting some more often as a result. I got used to it and hated when it grew back so a girl I know at MJ Capelli now keeps is up. So every 3rd or 4th haircut she waxes my back. It would be too wierd if I didn't know the girl who cuts my hair real well, but its usually an awkwardly hilarious 10 minutes or so. Not much grows back anymore, so it is pretty quick.
  22. No....I don't even like my own hairy back. I have it waxed.
