Don't burn yerself out any worse, man. Take it from someone who's been down that road once or twice. If cash is tight, just get out and about any which way you can. Jump on a subway or GO Train. Go people-watching maybe. Head to the lakeshore. Take pics on your phone (in a non-creeper way, obviously ) But above all else, stay relaxingly busy. And embrace that paradox.

MT Compares Murano, Santa Fe, and Edge
Just so we're clear: this is the same poster who regularly dismisses the Escalade's lack of utility versus the Navigator, who now attempts to go to bat for a Ford that MT placed last for its lack of user-friendliness. Yeesh

Good Sign: Cadillac Offering Direct VSport Upgrades to Regular CTS Owners
The idea of a V-Sport suspension upgrade is a neat one. Probably not a lot of takers, but good for the brand's rep.

Get YA RED HOT CTS-V!!! Right Ova Here!!! Cadillac CTS-V Configurator is Up!!!
Your opinion on the price is valid.. but only if the price was the real reason why the CTS wasn't selling in the numbers it was selling previous generation. (see below) Sales off by 30%.. Coupe sales accounted for 30%.. No Coupe= loss of 30%.. if the coupe buyers of previous generation ONLY WANTED A COUPE. The above ^^^^^^^^^^ reason is an answer to a question that no one who wants to say "I told U so" wants to hearntw.. the only one in this thread saying that the Cadillac price is high.. is the guy who believes we should all forgo the Cadillac and buy an MKZ in its place. Because as an ENTHUSIAST.. he believes we should all drive Fusion derived FWD.. or AWD cars with 340HP less We all know what's what on that score, man But on a serious note, your pointing out the lack of a coupe and my comments about Cadillac trying to hold the line on prices make the sales numbers of Cadillac sedans even more remarkable. With due props to the outgoing CTS, this is a class-leading platform.

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Takes Aim At F-150's Aluminum In New Ad
Me too, and not just because I own own one. My dad's LTZ has some really nice details like the stitching on the wheel and power outlets everywhere, but the Ram just does things a tiny bit better-the wheel is a bit heftier, the trim just a little nicer, the power outlets a bit less chintzy-feeling. Nothing that would out-and-out ruin the experience, but it's noticeable. Also, the half-ton Ram uses a gear dial, not a column shifter. It's a bit strange, but you do get used to it.

Chevrolet News:Chevrolet Takes Aim At F-150's Aluminum In New Ad
I found it funny. Super funny.However...Im in the camp you mentioned that when Chevy finally goes all out with the aluminium stuff all around and not just on the hood...Ill be ready to call out Chevy for it. One thing I dont like is hypocrite stuff... Sure...the commercial was funny, sure it packs a punch...but how much of that punch will come back to bite Chevy in the butt? That commercial is only fine for the people that love Chevy and hate Ford... Lets face it...that commercial wont make die hard Ford guys dump the F-150 just because Chevy says aluminium is less safe than high strength steel... That commercial might get some sales from people in between...those that are not brand loyal to Ford or Chevy...and when Chevy eventually goes aluminium like the F-150...then those people that bought the Silverado based on that bear....well...they will feel duped...and may never buy a Chevy again... Why I say that? Because there are many people out there that swear by the words of marketers...they are soooo naive that they believe everything they hear on TV...and these people...get flustered very easily when they find out you messed with them... Im sure Silverado sales wont go caca just because of this very funny commercial...but I am not impressed by the message behind it either. I don't think the issue with dissing Ford is because of the aluminum as such, but rather the lack of results that the aluminum brought. Simply put, it wasn't the game-changer that it was hyped up to be. When GM (and Mopar for that matter) start going aluminum-intensive with their trucks I'm sure that they will be scrutinized as closely as Ford's were, and if they're still as tubby and inefficient as previously they'll be called out for it too.

Ram News: Ram 3500 Heavy Duty Now Boasts 900 Pound-Feet From Its Diesel Engine
*sigh* ...look, I'm aware that using facts to annoy folks can be entertaining, but your ragging on Mopar does get a bit baffling. Lest we forget, this is the outfit that, gaping product holes, wobbly finances and all, just beat Ford in retail sales last month. Retail. Sales. So while I still harbour suspicions about Sergio's money skills, I do not think the situation is as bleak as you make it out to be.

Never mind that-I'm wondering if I walked right past dfelt at any point. If you saw a scruffy-looking guy with a stroller, two kids, and two grandparents then it may well have been my posse.

June 2015: FCA US LLC
Show me the numbers! Seriously. I am curious what everybody's fleet percentages are. Did you see this information somewhere or are you rehashing old info from when the old fleet whore 200 and Avenger were in production? I know FCA fleets a pretty high percentage of minivans and Compass/Patriot but what else? Fiat and Maserati will never be big volume adders in the U.S. The vast, vast majority of Chrysler's sales are of the pre-bankruptcy brands. You can try and spin the numbers any way you want. Bottom line is that Sergio's hodgepodge of brands put more vehicles in garages than Ford did last month. There's NO way to sugarcoat that for Ford.

...but seriously now: the Camaro is going to be just fine. I realize that the styling is going to remain polarizing, but GM is aware of that as well. Those who don't like it hate it, those who do like it buy it. The last part's the clincher. The class-leading chassis and we some power to weight is just the capper.
