A123 had 2 recalls, 1st just when the company launched car in 2011, and second in 2012, the cause of the shutdown of consumer reports Fisker Karma that gave the car company terrible PR. There was a safety hose that was not packaged properly by A123 and issued a voluntary recall. The cost of the recall was so high, that A123 had to file for bankruptcy. Karma Revero is reborn with nothing new but same old trunk. I expected that it will come full EV but it's stil a hybrid car with slightly modified specifications. It's terrible how they have kept the same old batteries in the car that caused issues on Fisker Karma - Henrik Fisker's version. The world needs new EVs, I am bored of Tesla's; although they are awesome there has to be new technologies innovated. Hope techies like Henrik Fisker will burn their energies in creating more awesome technologies than Karma Revero - the 2011 version.
