Electric Ferrari Would Be 'Obscene' According To Marchionne
Headline: INEFFECTIVE COMPANY'S INEFFECTIVE CEO FUMES OVER LACK OF GOOD ELECTRIC CAR Marchionne's upset that his massive company's best electric effort was the 500e, leaving FCA to be leapfrogged by everyone else. All he can do is take potshots to deflect from his company's inadequacy in the arena, and overall brand/model schizophrenia. Ferrari will have an electric in time. Everyone else is developing them.

I'm going to assume any pro-Trump comments are purely satirical, and are made by intelligent people having a good ol' larf.

Tesla offers free towing for up to 500 miles in N.A.
Because it ranks among the least $h!tiest comments in this thread -- and about Tesla in general on C&G. If road-tripping at the absolute drop of a hat is a priority, maybe Tesla's not for you. Otherwise if you can spare five minutes out of your busy schedule on Google Maps and Tesla's website, you can plot out supercharger locations as well as nearby businesses and eateries that'd appreciate your half hour of patronage. But based on your 'road trip arguments,' you appear to always be in a super rush and your time is super-duper important and you haven't a moment at all to spare and your destination expects you immediately and your schedule is incredibly time sensitive. So Tesla isn't for a road warrin', wheelin'-dealin', pedal-to-the-metal, workin' overtime'n, string-pullin', mover-and-shaker like yourself.

Tesla offers free towing for up to 500 miles in N.A.
Tesla ownership in suburban and 'rurban' markets is growing, hence the need for expanded range. If Tesla steadfastly kept the 50 mile range, people here would shout from the hilltops about the company betraying it's famously good service. Instead Tesla expands the range and it's somehow an indictment of the brand's quality or it's something due to range anxiety.

Tesla offers free towing for up to 500 miles in N.A.
It says Tesla's rarely have issues, easily allowing the brand to afford and support this policy unlike any other automaker, and it provides another value-added perk for Tesla owners. It also says Tesla's are increasingly popular outside of urban areas, due to their quality, customer loyalty and satisfaction.

As the Diesel Emits: EPA Could Make Volkswagen Build EVs in the U.S.
Brilliant idea! Brokering a deal with VW reduces potential legal costs from hearings, civil cases and government inquiry, and the publicly accessible infrastructure will foster increased electric car adoption. That'd really bolster the USA's position as a leader in electrification. Having VW fork out a sum of cash to go towards rebates or reimbursements of electric purchases would also be a nice bonus.

Drag Race: Tesla Model S vs Tesla Model X
I don't sit and hit F5 on C&G all day. I do that while waiting for my Model X order.

Drag Race: Tesla Model S vs Tesla Model X
The feckless, whimpering tears of Tesla haters is the most beautiful automotive soundtrack of all.

Tesla Model 3 to Debut End of March, Production Late 2016
Full Size Trucks are just not fit to be someone's only car with so many variables... What if I, on a lark, decide to take my Full Size Truck to a craft beer sampling, Saturday night in the city. I'd never find parking and miss half the event, while the guy in the Tesla Model S finds free electric parking and gets to the event in time! Compact Cars are just not fit to be someone's only car with so many variables... What if I, on a lark, help my friend move from one condo to another. I'd never fit his Laz-E Boy into the car, while the guy in the Tesla Model X fits tonnes of stuff just fine! Coupes are just not fit to be someone's only car with so many variables... What if I, on a lark, decide to take my Coupe to my child's field trip function. I'd never fit more than one kid into the car, while the people who don't make dumbass, rhetorical statements haul several kids in their vans/SUV's/trucks/sedans.

- Autoblog: The Tesla Model X Was a Mistake
If the Model X was phoned in, the author would complain it's phoned in. If Tesla built a small sedan instead, the author would complain Tesla's missing out on the massive CUV market. If Tesla built a clone of Christ, the author would complain the wine it dispensed wasn't a merlot.- Autoblog: The Tesla Model X Was a Mistake

- Scion News: Goodnight Sweet Scion
In a weird way, I'd suggest Scion was a victim of its parent's success, as well as the fact that figuring out what Millennials find appealing is like herding cats. With declining license rates and millennials typically less jazzed on cars, the family's hand-me-down, faultlessly reliable Camry is an attractive vehicle for a young person to learn on, and then continue driving until their mid-20's. There's little incentive for a young person or their family to purchase a new Scion when Mom's sedan runs just fine, and then Mom can upgrade to a lightly used RX350. By the time a late-20 something millennial is ready for a new car, they'll either find Scion's vehicles to be comical, pseudo-urban trappings of what was considered cool in 2004, or just uncompetitive against other vehicles.- Say goodbye to the Dodge Dart and Chrysler 200
