  1. I was also disappointed when learning this information, but what I said about the 4.8L is how it is displayed in GM databases, at least for the first production year. It really sucks, because there is sooooo much I would like to say about the new Camaro but it isn't worth my job. If you could see what we have at work, you would definitely believe me. As for the LS9, wait till you see this thing, its crazy. Top mounted intercooler between the heads.......mmmm mmmm.
  2. I can 100% guarantee that the new camaro will not have any engine available the first year that is greater then a 5.3L. At the Autoshow this week (sorry I cant say who or where, because of where I work) I picked up some information to the tune of that it will have a 4.6, 4.8, or possibly the 5.3 during the first year. GM is planning on doing the same thing with the Camaro that they did with the GTO. Introduce it with a smaller displacement engine and see what types of problems they will have with the frame and etc. then they will fix those problems and introduce a more powerful engine. If you dont believe me, and are going to the autoshow, notice the 5.3 on display next to the Camaro (its not a coincidence) As for the Camaro crossing with the Vette, I dont think that will be a problem, expecially when the LS9 comes out.

That is exactly what they are. For some reason, Nintendo felt like using Wii Points for currency. $1 = 100 Wii Points
  5. schuby87 replied to Satty's post in a topic in The Lounge
Nope, $5 for NES, $6 for TurboGrafx, $8 for SNES and Genesis, and $10 for N64

When I put on new brakes and rotors, I spent the extra $90 to buy american made products.
  7. How do we do this?

Uninstall it or remove it from your startup in msconfig if that doesn't work, do this.

1959 El Camino mmmmm I love that rear end.
  11. Well, I got my Wii on Sunday after standing in line for 3 hours in the freezing cold and snow. I got at Toys R Us around 6am, they passed out tickets around 8:30 and opened at 9. In total they got in 36 of them and I was the 21st in line. I have to say that it was well worth the wait. It is unlike anything I have played before, and the possibilities of the technology are amazing. Not to mention that you can download games from NES, SNES, Genisis, TurboGraphics, and N64.
  12. How are the 12 pics going to be selected?

Now you can truthfully say that you are over 18 and can enter the site.
  14. The yellow doesn't look too bad in person, I kinda like it. I have to say that it drives as good as it looks. It will push you back into the seat (when you dont stall on the take-off). Nice car NOS!! Now you just have to learn how to drive a stick

    I want a lt1 Pontiac F-body
  17. I have had a G6 at my work for about 6 months now. I haven't been able to drive it outside much, but I drive it on the dyno often. We got the G6 convertible with the 3.9L, with most of the options. The hardtop convertible is really cool, and we haven't had any issues with it. The only thing I dont like about it is that it takes too long to go up and down. The monsoon stereo system is awesome!! It is one of the best systems I have ever heard in a car. I was kinda disappointed with the 3.9L. It just didn't have the power like I expected it to, compared to other engines I test on the dyno. When we had the top down on the dyno, the body would flex quite a bit. You could see the windshield moving from pretty far away. I think that it looks good, and enjoy driving it, but I dont know if I would buy one.

It wouldn't have mattered if the Mets won, cuz the Tigers would just destroy them like they are gonna do to the Cardinals!

Is that the thing at SAE?? If so, I heard something about it but dont really know any of the details. It sounds like something I would like to go to though.

Yeah, they have them rather often, probably three times a semester or more. Dont worry about it, Doc Mac is a hard teacher but if you stick with the class it gets easier. I had him last year, so I probably still have all this lecture notes, quizes and tests, I can bring them by it your interested. Also, do you want Maple or NX3 on your comp? Let me know.
