  1. I was kinda hoping for a center stack/console like the F-150 has. I dunno, hard to tell but so far I kinda wish it had the Tahoe's interior.
  2. hey...why not get an older mustang?
  3. they shoudl also include the unfair trade policies that keep them from exporting while the like of toyota can do whatever they want
  4. See what we're all overlooking is this one important problem. Without the 9-2, we can't lovelingly call it a "Saabaru"...there's no catchy word for "Saab Cobalt" side times
  5. They can't be any worse than the window cranks on the 93-97 Geo Prizm/Toyota Corolla. Those have got to be the cheapest, flimziest plastic door cranks I have ever seen (and I know 2 owners who've had them break).
  6. simply to show more contrast between the windows and the paint. want it normal? fine. Quit yer bitchin'
  7. Challenger rocks. Go wank
  8. Chysler Group should do something like this, if only so I can show off my super awesomest Shadow Seriously though, it would be cool to have DCX do something with 200k+ miles on them
  9. she looks plastic BUILD THE DAMN CAMARO GM!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. looking boots must taste f@#ky...especially if that boot has been in dog poop XD
  11. God that's an ugly interior, but congrats on the new car.
  12. Well the 9-5 has been due for a replacement for ages, and the 9-3 is getting to that point too. As for the other stuff...I dunno
  13. Today 3, count `em, 3 Dodge Aries/Plymouth Reliants a first gen Dodge Caravan (god those are slow, makes my Shadow seem like a pocket rocket) Of course, We have an 86 Caravan, so i see it all the time, but this is someone else's lol.
  14. so how bad was it?
  15. Could be, or it could just be good customer service. If GM were doing this, we'd all be raving about how good natured and caring GM is. Like I said: I don't really like Toyota, but good service is good service.
  16. Dude, by one get one free (for 2 years) That's awesome! I think the Raider looks pretty good, and I've always thought the Galant was a nice car.
  17. The Aztek is indeed one of the ugliest things to come out of the GM stable (that and the Malibu), however I find this brick no better. In fact, it looked slightly better before they painted it. Anyway, I don't really care about this thing, I hardly see them anyway. By the way, while I agree the H3 needs more HP, it doesn't need it as much for it's intended purpose (going offroad) so comparing the H3 isn't the best choice. The H3 is an offroader, the Element is not (by this I mean real offroading, not just a dirt path). It's sorta like saying, "well the Caliber SRT-4 only costs 25k and has 300 horsepower, so compared to it THEY BOTH SUCK" But...the Caliber isn't intended for the same purpose the Element or H3 is.
  18. Show me this escort that looks so much like it please. Also, I can pull out a bunch of other cars that are dierivative. The Malibu is unique...in the worst possible way. Think I'll check out my neighbor's Sonata when it hits 10K and see if it's "falling apart"
  19. DETROIT — General Motors executives say they are being inundated with e-mail messages — sometimes 300 or more in one day — from Camaro enthusiasts who are anxious to get their hands on a production version of the concept car shown in January at the North American International Auto Show. "People will not get off Camaro," Bob Boniface, GM director of advanced design, told Inside Line. "Those people were hurt when that car went out of production, and they're letting us hear about it." IL reported in January that GM expects to build the Camaro by 2009, according to supplier sources. Boniface would not confirm last week's reports in a Canberra, Australia, newspaper that a task force at GM Holden is working on a production version of the Camaro concept. He said the business case for a future Camaro is still being "analyzed." Still, he was relatively upbeat about the car's future. "A lot of programs make it to the 10-yard line and get canceled," Boniface said. "But this is buildable [and] believable." He noted that in discussions about the future Camaro, designers are "going back to the icon," the original version of the car. "The '69 Camaro," he said, "was the king of the pony cars." He added: "If it made it to production, it would look exactly like the concept. That would be the intent." A major shift from the original would come in the future Camaro's interior, Boniface noted. "The Camaro was never known for its interior," he said. "The materials were poor and there were not comprehensive gauges. [GM Vice Chairman Bob] Lutz said the gauges looked like Westclox, a cheap production design." What this means to you: So should we build this car that people seem to actually want? Real tough decision… Link: http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/News/articleId=110197 C'mon GM, build the damn thing and have a runaway hit for once! It's a no brainer!
  20. Don't talk $h! about DCX (unless it's Mercedes, I don't care about that brand).
