Though the halls and marbled floors were a bit draftier given the current state of the economy the noisy bunches were near the craps tables whooping it up like it was the last days of Pompeii. I think terminology can hamstring this effort. The rest of the world having become accustomed to dumping product below cost in some cases for decades would howl for certain. We could term it maintaining our sovereign integrity. It could result in self-sufficiency in meeting our energy needs. Or closer to that goal.
