  1. It screamed Honda at me from the front quarter shot. At least thats my first impression. Is that upper portion of the interior blueish?
  2. I beg to differ. Concept cars have come a long way from the nineties. No longer do we see a space-age dream car, only to find the production vechicle thats just regular looking. While the Mach III was an exagerated, and production unfeasable car, may I offer a more recent example using the same brand. Take a look at how closely the 2003 Mustang concept (a mere 10 years later) translated to the production car. As a GM example, look no further than the Pontiac Solstice concept car (which was created as a design exercise in a record six months). The production version is near identical. Thats how GM now executes cars (under Bob Lutz). The Camaro concept was early on envisioned to be production feasable, and look close to production. No doubt it will change from the concept somewhat, but I bet the changes will be very slight. The concept even has turn signals! :AH-HA_wink: The Aura concept was a very lightly sugar coated production car in the same vain as the 1997 Pontiac 300 GPX was to the 1997 Grand Prix. [yes, I can keep going with examples all night]

  4. I think its very attractive, but its lost alot of the edge the concept had. And remember, always read the small print! *Actual production vechicle may vary.
  5. For ergonomics and practicality alone, the GTI should be the winner. Its also mostly better looking IMO.
  6. Thats funny about the cupholders. I noticed that right away when I sat in one this week.

I can attest the FJ is pretty good off road, having driven one on a course at the Toronto autoshow. I visited a Toyota dealership this week, and they had an FJ in blue. Get this, I tugged on the three buttons on the center console, and they came of. I know that means nothing, but... Oh, and btw, the loaded Camry in the showroom had the removable center console bits, so they still havnt fixed that either. I prefer the H3 interior and exterior, though I dont find the FJ ugly. Actually, I dont like either truck that much. I dunno where I was going with this post....
