I was going to ask about this. According to my "cobbled-together" list of codes, the NG G6 is GMX388 (380 range are/were Epsilon). The cars in the 280 range were/are Zeta's. GMX327 is close to GMX342, which was to be the LaCrosse on Epsilon Wide. I know some codes seem to appear at random, apart from architecture groupings. I have added your information, although I had not heard of GMX287 & GMX327. :blink: In the past, certain products, when cancelled, moved up a spot (GMX221 LeSabre became GMX222 Lucerne). Now, it seems to be pretty scattered. GMX272=current DTS, next one (I believe) is GMX296 (if it has not been cancelled yet). The codes business is crazy confusing. :huh: Can you or anyone clarify what GMX388 is?! :blink:

LOL That plus the "generous"$1000 that Car Heaven would give for the 92 Cutlass puts me at $265/M Lease on a Yellow Cobalt LS. :P I refused, and was "given" a $200 Loyalty Gift Card. LOL I bet if I was serious, I could have kept going and getting "deal" after "deal". Oh man, the things they do to get your business. :lol:

Last Tuesday I watched The Weatherman with a friend. I thought it was pretty good, but the funny bits were too far apart. My friend didn't really like it much. Some great inner dialogue by Nick Cage's character, and "cameltoe" makes a hillarious cameo. :lol: Michael Caine was great as the father with strong advice, like "easy doesnt enter into grown up life"..."sometimes you must chuck things in life". ^_^

EXT was previewed at the unveiling of the Escalade. It was shown on GM Drivetime (GM TV), but removed later in the day. :P

It looks very high tech in a sort of Lexus way. The center stack flows neatly into the armrest area (wider at the top, narower at the bottom). There is a ribbon of wood, that flows from one end of the dash, down and around the armrest and back across. It has a meaty looking 3 spoke steering wheel. The HVAC controls are neatly intergrated, with an analog clock in the center. There are seperate controls with displays for dual climate control. I think it is on par if not better than the New Lexus IS interior, and a bit more stylish than the Infinity G35 Sedan. The above picture is not very far from the real thing. The real car is much smoother in body line transitions. The tailights are narrower. It also has a new design cue that debuted on the 07 Escalade :AH-HA_wink: .

Oh snap! I just realized.
