The camouflage makes it look like the Commodore's arch nemesis, the Ford Falcon, in particular the XR6 with the headlights and oval badge on the grill.

I think it's in the US also. In Australia Shell has Unleaded, Ultra, Optimax and LRP (Lead Replacement Petrol). While in the US, Shell has Regular, Plus and V-Power gasolines which are seen in the photo.
