Kirk, Could You Please Demand Something..NOW?
See the problem is Kirk probably has no plan to save GM. However he probably has a plan on how he could split the company up and sell off major parts to make himself a more wealthy man than he already is. The problem relying on Kirk to come up with a plan is well.. KIRK. Hes not there for GM's best interest, he is there for the almighty dollar he thinks he can swindle out of them.

2007 Chevy HD
We've been using GM IFS trucks for years on the farm with no problems. And we put our trucks thru the ringer. If its not loaded down with at least a couple of thousand pounds at any given time, its not working hard enough:) We are on our 4th GM truck with 4x4 and IFS no problems so far :)

Kerkorian Calls for Drastic GM Overhaul
Bob Lutz on Saab and Hummer: .........see, it's easy for someone to say "well......sell off Saab and Hummer"...I mean, we all can agree that Jerry York is a very intelligent guy, right? The problem is it isn't that simple. In an interview with Bob Lutz, Mr. Lutz had this to say about that: "Lutz shot down several of York's recommendations, including singling out the elimination of the Saab and Hummer brands as unnecessary or unrealistic. ".............The Saab and Hummer brands are too integrated in the company, using GM parts and rolling down GM assembly lines, to ax them without vast cost penalties, he said. Killing the Oldsmobile brand, for example, cost GM about $2 billion and thousands of vehicle sales, Lutz said.

Conspiracy Theory & Buickman? What's the deal with
Buickman is a paranoid delusionalist who is so wrapped up in his great, self perceived marketing prowness that he cannot see the forest for the trees. If you dont drink the BM Kool-aid your not a individual who has rationale or independent intelligence, your just a "Wags" nuthugger He refuses to take critical advice or tips even when he says he wants input on his "plan" and he focuses all of his rage on one being and thats Rick Wagoner. The man is the perfect example of the sterotypical car salesman that people hate. Will say and do anything to get you into a car and buy or in this case, get into his "plan" and buy it. Thats all I've gotten from his rambling banter of Rick and GM. After he started telling people who work at GM and people who have been involved in the auto industry for a while that they have no idea what they are talking about, he lost all any possible credibilty. And at that point credibilty was at a all-time low on his end.

Want a Camaro? Tell GM Here!!
Build it please. Just modernize the Hvac and the gauge cluster, then she'll be perfect. Offer Lemans Metallic blue please. And offer a stripe package of white with a red pinstripe outline, or silver stripes with a red pinstripe outline like the C5 Anniversary Vette.

Political correctness
I'm diplomatic at work in front of my co workers except for Erik, the guy I work with in the IT department. He and I are of the same mindset. After work I say what I want when I want

Official Camaro concept thread - for now
I thought the greenhouse looked too short the first time I saw it. However the car does have a high belt line, much like the 300 C does. So maybe this is why it looks that way?

Sigh my mother *rant*
Looks like Nissan is going to win the battle. My father took her to a Caddy dealer and the local Chrysler/Dodge dealer as well. Both times he tried to get her to test drive a fully loaded CTS or a loaded 300C. Both times she said "No I dont want to drive them, I want a Nissan and a Nissan is better" She hasnt driven the Nissan either BTW lol, nor sat in one as well. Hows that for blindly following what somone tells you? lol
